Lawn maintenance and Grass Cutting at 132 KV S/S Etmadpur

Yearly Maintenance of 1 No. lawn approximately 600 Sq. Mtr. along the road side area, flower beds, trees, shrubs, hedges, 20 flower pots ets. The work include regular removal of unwanted grass, foreign elements etc and, watering to maintain permanent and seasonal plants, trees, shrubs, trimming of tree branches, hedges, bushes & shrubs. Also growing of seasonal flower plants around the perriphery of the lawns and their planting in beds, flower pots etc, providing & growing of 30 Nos. of Ashoka tree. Contractor has to arrange the cowdung, fertilizers, flowers pots, pesticides as required to keep plants healthy with the help of skilled labour and proper T&P.

Yearly Grass Cutting (4 Times) + Chemical Spray (1 Time) at 132 KV S/S Etmadpur approx. area 8000 Sq. meters. The work includes grass cutting, uprooting of the small trees bushes grown inside S/S premises and switchyard and then throwing away it out side S/S premises and properly cleaning the site.

Yearly Cleaning of cable Trench at S/S including removal of unwanted material such as stone, pebbles, soil, dust etc. to complete the work satisfactorily.

Refilling of 4.5 kg CO2 type Fire extinguisher including testing painting and marking of date of cylinder

Refilling of 11 Kg CO2 type Fire extinguisher including testing painting and marking of date of cylinder

Refilling of 22.5 KG CO2 type Fire extinguisher including testing painting and marking of date of cylinders

Refilling of 45 KG CO2 type Fire extinguisher including testing painting and marking of date of cylinders

Refilling of AFFF type Fire extinguisher including replacement of chemical 300 gram gas cartridge suitable for 50 litre capacity including testing painting and marketing update of refilling of cylinders
