Comprehensive Architectural Consultancy Services for Rejuvenation and Modernisation of Existing Govt. Guest house Building at K.K Nagar, Chennai, including but not limited to: detailed site study and documentation, preparation of as-built drawings, conceptual design and alternative layout options, preparation of final architectural design, Prepare material specifications, cost of estimation and other ancillary works as per requirement with site supervision as and when required for face-lifting work, repairs to main office and compound wall and gates, replacement of parking shed, lift, flooring work, plumbing work, air conditioner, false ceiling, partition work, electrification work (as applicable), façade improvement and interior reconfiguration, sustainable design features (rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting, natural ventilation, material reuse), preparation of all detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, material palettes, interior and exterior detailing, and landscape improvements), coordination for departmental/statutory approvals (if applicable), and submission of all final approved drawings, reports, and editable files (AutoCAD/Revit/PDF).
