Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down ,transformer 11KV/433 volts 3 Phase 50 hz 100 KVA New Level-2 outdoor type,with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto +5% to -5% in step of 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes both on HT to upto 120 sqmm 3 core XLPE cable and on low voltage side to acomodate XLPE cable of size upto 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete in all respect with standard accesories and fitment confirming to IS-1180 Part -1 of 2014 amended upto date primary side delta (HT) and secondary side star with neutral (LT) i.e vactor diagram Dyn11.The salient features of transformers are as follows:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, ON AN cooled , double copper wound , core type with radiator cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil as per IS 335 amended upto date and di electric strenght more than 60 KV with colling system.The temperature more than 55 degree centigrade to ambient temp when measured by thermometer for top oil & 40 degree centigrade to ambient for winding when measured with resistance method, when tested in accordance with IS 2026(part 2).transformers shall be painted with PU paint as per relevant IS standards.

(b) (i)rating and diagram plate will contain all terminal specifications as per IS 1180 (part 1) (ii) earthing terminals 02 nos (ii) Lifting lugs (iv) thermometer pocket (v) air releasing device (vi) tap changer with locking provision (vii) Oil and winding temperature indicator (viii) dehyadration breather fitted with silica gel (ix) Drain cum simpling valve 3"/4 nominl size thread IS 554 steel with plug (x) Pressure relief device on explosion (xi) conservator vent (c) energy efficiency shall be level II as per IS-1180 amended upto date Note:- Drawing of transformer shall be got approved from GE.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven generating set of min 250 KVA capacity 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM conforming to relevant IS Codes, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common ed Plate with sturdy design,Bed plate shall be suitable for mounting on anti viberation mounting system, load factor 0.85, complete with integral acoustic enclosure-sound proof canopy (should have silent features as per latest CPCB IV norms), fuel tank having facility for easy cleaning, Suitable Battery Charging unit incl battery & standard accessories, and at least 2 year warranty.

(A) ENGINE : Liquid Cooled, electric Self start, 4 Stroke, min 6 cylinders cold starting, Naturaly aspirated /TCI aspirated( as per manufacturer standard), compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine , 1500 RPM suitable for 250 KVA alternator under NTP conditions as per ISO 8528 Part-I capable of taking 10% over load for 1 hours in every 12 hours continues running confirming to IS: 10000/10002/ISO 3046/ BS: 649/ BS: 554 amended up to date, the Engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel or as per manufacturer's standard (ii) Coolant cooling system complete (iii) Air cleaner as per manufacturer's standard (iv) Fuel injectors and fuel pump as per manufacturer's standard (v) Electronic governor as per manufacturer's standard to maintain engine speed at all conditions of load (vi) Fuel service tank of suitable capacity fabricated from MS sheet with, inlet outlet connections, air vent tap,drain plug, Caliberated level indiactor(gauge), MS fuel piping from tank to engine with valves, unions, reducers, flexible hose connections, mounting pedestals, fuel filters incl all as per manufacturer's design. (vii) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade, Asbestos rope of suitable size shall be provided as per manufacturer desires for silencer to reduce noise level as per CPCB norms. (viii) Static Battery charging unit suitable for 90 Ah battery/battery array 12/24 volt having float, trickle and boost charging feature. Charging should be from utility supply/generator supply as directed by Engr in charge. (b) one/two battery of total capacity 180 Ah connected with copper lugs and minimum 50 sqmm cable placed inside the acoustic enclosure. (ix) Gear driven oil pump for lubricating oil, priming of engine bearing, as well as fuel systems as per manufacturer's recommendation.
