REPAIR TO VEH BA NO 09D- 180319A Eicher 10.75 (a) Complete Cleaning & washing of entire vehicle and removing all dust and mud thoroughly cleaning all oily & greasing surface, cleaning of internal cabin including polish of dash board removal of dust by using vacuum complete as per existing – 1 Job (b) Servicing of fuel system including cleaning of fuel tank and replacement of main fuel line, necessary washers nuts bolts etc – 1 Job (c) Dismantling and opening of front and rear 04 Nos wheel cleaning, washing and repairing of complete brake system with hubs greasing of 04 wheels including taking out of U/S spares with the replacement of the following new spares and testing – 1 Job (d) Wheel Cylinder Major kit rear – 1 Set, (e) Wheel Cylinder Major kit front – 2 Set, (f) Hub oil seal Rear & Front – 4 Set, (g) Grease – 1.5 Kg, (h) Hub Bearing Rear – 2 Nos, (j) Hub Bearing Front – 2 Nos, (k) Hub Cap – 2 Nos, (l) Brake oil – 1 Ltr (m) Servicing of fuel pump including calibration and replacement of unserviceable parts like valve, necessary washers, spring, nuts bolts etc – 1 Job (n) Repair /Servicing differential system including all bevel gears, pinions, spider etc and replacement of differential oil – 1 Job (o) Dismantling of radiator assy complete from its mounting from engine and cleaning complete tube with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling, plugging of any water leakage by brazing / welding work and re-installing in original position including replacement of rubber hose pipe complete with jupiter clamps – 1 Job (p) Removing of all fuel injector with nozzle and overhauling / servicing and calibration, including replacement of injector cup seal, nozzel and plungers etc and testing of injector nozzle on test bench for fine mist spray and refixing complete – 1 Job (q) Labour and service charges for the job for complete checking of electrical wiring of battery to Self-starter and ignition key and rectify the fault for self-starting and testing complete and replace the unserviceable fuses including burnt wiring – 1 Job (r) Supply and fitting of the following parts as below and labour charges for job – 1 Job, (s) Air Cleaner assy – 1 Set, (t) Tail lamp assy – 2 Set, (u) Wiper blades – 2 Nos, (v) Wiper motor – 1 Set, (w) Heavy Horn set – 1 Set, (x) Floor / Foot Mat of front cabin Both Driver side Co-Driver Side – 1 Job, (y) Seat covers Driver seat, Co-driver Seat cover complete – 1 Job (z) Labour for denting/penting work on body, bring back its original shape, apply metal paste, the surface smooth and even, painting including two coats of spray paint over a coat of primer as per match with existing colour etc. complete – 1 Job (aa) Removing the left and right side door, repair the door mechanism,remove the bends, dents bring back its original shape apply metal paste, prepare the surface for painting, including door glass pane and replacement of the following sapre parts and Labour charges for the job – 1 Job, (ab) FRH door lock Assy – 1 Set, (ac) FLH door lock Assy – 1 Set, (ad) Door beading joint clip – 1 Set, (ae) Drainout the old engine oil and refilling the Engine oil as provied and change the oil filter and Gear oil all as per following – 1 Job, (af) Mobil Engine Oil – 6 Ltr, (ag) Oil filter – 1 Nos, (ah) Gear Oil – 1.6 Ltr, (aj) Coolant – 3 Ltr, (ak) Coolant – 3 Ltr
