Providing & Fixing / replacing 8 mm dia double threaded steel studs upto 350 mm length with 4 Nos. nuts & washers (Complete Set) for ACC louvers of Blower House / Compressor Houses or at any other location

Providing and fixing / replacing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks of required size ( 8 mm Dia) with bitumen / Limpet washers in existing or New ACC / CGI / FRP /Aluminium / RMP sheet roofing in place of GI hooks, at all heights.

Cleaning and removing chocking form gutters, including removal of debries up to ground, tightening the nuts andbolts and or providing new nutsand bolts washers etc. after removing the old/ damaged nuts/ bolts washers etc. to thesupports of gutters.

Fixing / tightning or Repairing IRC, BRC fabric / expanded metal jali / Chain Link Fencing with necessary nails / revets / steel wirefor tightning etc. on wood or steel work (Fabric/Jali, Chain link fencing etc. for replacement shall be supplied free by NFL)

Fixing tightening and repairing of six/nine rows of barbed wirefencing having diagonals. Linear measurement only be paid.( on Ground or at top of Boundry walls)

Repair/maintenane of Aluminium doors in control rooms or other places at all heights including replacement of cap Washers of hinges, oil seals of floor doorsprings, greasing fixing of damaged / missing rubber/neoprene Gasket etc. replacement of damaged / missing aluminium sanp beeding,removal and installation of shutters if required to make it in good working condition complete in all respects as per the direction of Engr-in-charge( Rubber/neoprene gasket and Aluminimum snap beeding shall be paid seperately, but nothing extra shall be paid for the minor replacements.)

Tracing and plugging of leakage point in underground pipe lines of GI/MS/CI/RCC/SW pipes etc.by providing and fixing wooden plugs, MSsockets/Cement mortar joints etc. and with necessary welding as per site requirement. (Dismantling of RCC/WBM /Premix, excavation, and mass cement concrete including installation of pump for dewatering &making good the surface by back filling and compaction etc. shall be paid separately in relevant items of schedule). Electricity for welding shall be supplied free of cost, if required.

Cleaning of storm water/open surface kutcha/pucca drains, Channels and culvert by removing grass, vegetation, slush mud, rubbish, brick bats, thermocoal, aggregate, rotten cloth,pieces of bamboo/ballies, empty drums,precast slabs, etc.and transporting the same upto a lead ofone K.M. ( i.e anywhere within the plant or Township ) in a low lying areas and exposing pucca surface of the drains neatly as per instructions of Engineer-in-Incharge.If depth of silt / ash / carbon is more than 0.3M the cleaning will be paid in Cu.M under respective item of SOQ

Cleaning of overhead tanks on top of roof of Residential / Public buildings including draining out water, removal of algi, cleaningof sides and bottom of the tank complete.

Hiring charges for arranging dewatering diesel pump with necessary suction and delivery pipes for dewatering any type ofwater through broken water mains etc. including operator. (payment for full day i.e. 8 hours shall be made for the 1st day. Subsequently , payment for the same shall be made on hourlybasis for which the pump is run/operated for particular job. Diesel isto be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ). Pump of capacity 5 H.P.(minimum) with suction / delivery of 50mm dia(minimum).

Hiring charges for welding set with one welder, welding rods andleads for doing any petty welding job (with free electricity connectionand power) (payment for full day i.e. 8 hours shall be made for the1st day. Subsequently , payment for the same shall be made onhourly basis for which the welding set is run/operated for particularjob. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ). Fuse boxand switch starter with covered stand shall bearranged by Contractor.

Hiring charges for tractor with Operator, Diesel / Oil and accessories like Plougher / Harrower / Trolley, etc. for ploughing /harrowing the ground (Payment shall be made for working hours only)

Hiring charges for JCB ( Mechanical Excavator ) with Operator, Diesel / Oil for urgent excavation / dozing (payment for full day i.e. 8 hours shall be made for the 1st day. Subsequently, payment for the same shall be made on hourly basis for which JCB is run/operated for particular job. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ).

Hiring charges for JCB Breaker with Operator, Diesel / Oil for urgent heavyRCC foundations /structures dismantling (payment for full day i.e. 8 hoursshall be made for the 1st day. Subsequently , payment for the same shallbe made on hourly basis for which JCB Breaker is run/operated forparticular job. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ).

Hire charges of Road Roller - 8 to 10 tonne capacity with Operator, Diesel /Oil for urgent compaction jobs (payment for full day i.e. 8 hours shall bemade for the 1st day. Subsequently , payment for the same shall be madeon hourly basis for which roller is run/operated for particular job. tobe arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ).

Removing RCC precast slabs/ greating covers for repairing / cleaning of drains/cable trenches and replacing the samein positionas if required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Surveillance of old ash ponds near Factory Areas, by keeping watch and ward of the earthen dykes to safe guard them fromany damage due to flow of Ash Slurry/Water in the Pond or pilferage of earth and cutting of trees etc. Patrolling of Ash Slurry line from Factory to Ponds and intimating regarding the leakages in Ash slurry lines twice a day. Surveilance shall be carried out daily from 8.00AM to 5.00 PM,

Strengthening the embankment of ash ponds at village Dahar and / or old ponds on North of NFL Plant or at any location in Factory/ Township area by supplying good earth (at required location ofearthen embankments of the ponds) from any leadand lift including excavation carriage, loading/unloading and royality etc.,banking the earthin layers not exceeding 20 Cm.in depth breakingclods,watering and ramming each layer withwooden or steel rammers on top and sides of the dyke to fillup the rat / snake holes,ruts and gully formations etc. and dressing up the embankment including all leads and lifts as per the directionns of engineer in charge. (The earth supplied shall be measured in stacks and shall be reduced by 20% towards voids for payment purpose.)

Excavation of ash with in the Ash Ponds intrenches/drains including getting out excavatedAsh lift upto 1.50 Mtr.and lead upto 50 Mtr.,dressing of the excavated /disposed off ash wherever required,complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Extra charges for doing all types of concrete/brick work inside of coal/ urea conveyergalleries and in LSHS (Oily surface), Final Effluent Ponds/ Pump House areas, on or within ash ponds, Carbon Ponds or any other unapproachabale area where head lead is more than 50 mtrs. including making proper approach by cleaning / preparation of surface etc. complete.

Fine dressing of ground

Operation and maintenance of Sewage / Dewatering pumps installed in TownShip Sump Pump House and Pumps installed at culvert No. 120 near Railway under bridge crossing on Township Road, for pumping out the sewage to ETP in Plant Area / effluents to Ash Ponds respectively by priming / operating the sluice valves etc , operating the dewatering pump for dewatering the leaked water from pumps & sluice valves installed in the pump house and minor maintenace of pumps and sluice valves such as oiling and greasing of pumps as per instruction of Engineer in charge. SEWAGE PUMP HOUSE:

a) The operation shall be carried out between 6.00 am to 2.00 pm & 2.00pm to 10.00 pm daily.

b) Extra for additional shift for Item No. 1 (a) Shift from 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM

PUMPS INSTALLED AT CULVERT No. 120

a) The operation shall be carried out for one shifts i.e. from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm daily.

b) Extra for additional shift for Item No. 2 (a) Shift from 5.00 PM to 8.00 AM

Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (ISI Marked) of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note: (i) Before quoting the rates, please go through the Clause No. 1.6.0 of GTC to remain the competitive bidder. (ii) GST as per GTC Clauses shall be paid extra.
