BOQ ITEM NO. 01 TO 22 COMMON FOR JOBS Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete .

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified.

Ditto all as above but except bricks ( bricks recovered from demolition to be used)

M&L for Plastering by using ready mix mixture of thickness 15 mm thick with water proofing liquid and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 10 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 7 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the Celing surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, over a coat of 2mm thick putty and primer of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over Complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each all as specified.
