Material & Labour for 100 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushning bedding layer of 50 mm thick spread, levelled, compacted for laying of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for coping or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry grade C-1(1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete in CM 1:6 finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil/soft/disintegrated rocks including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated materials (soft/dis-integrated rocks) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
