Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary including all necessary arches, pillars, quions etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concretre unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work of any description not specifically provided including cutting down reinforcement all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete walls incl taking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations footings, plinth beams etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) as in beams, lintels etc all as specified & directed.

S&F TMT bars upto 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders bent to shape required, including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching's, girders, bressummers, lintes,cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams finished rough surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted bult in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm readed stone aggregate) as in coping /kerb etc including necessay form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius in CM 1:6 as in brick work/brick pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces applying two coats of cement base paint and over one coat of primers all as specified and directed

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single stack in any length as in weepholes of retaining wall/compound wall all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel conforming to grade Fe-165 (Fe-290) angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings & door etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide chrome primer all as specified and as directed

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post including securing and tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc all as specified (Each line wire to be mesured)

S&F punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 50 turns and 450mm dia, width of barbed 9mm and spacing of clips 23.5mm to 24.5mm c/c weight of coil will be 10 to 14 Kg without packing. Coil length will be 6m when opened upto etc complete all as specified and directed.
