Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactory completed, at least one similar interior work of value not less than Rs.42.32Lakhs as prime contractor (Work Done certificate with e-portal Indent number and issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent)

The tenderer should have executed in any one year i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 for a continuous period of 12 months in last five years the following minimum quantities of work 1.False ceiling work-578.50 sqm, 2.Plywood/HDHMR/WPC/ACP or any other similar board work- 725.55 sqm 3.Painting works (enamel/emulsion/stucco textured etc)-2595.69 sqm(Work done certificate with Eproc indent and issued by the officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer of Equivalent) and List of Minimum Quantities of work executed should be submit in the prescribed format mentioned in the bid document

PWD Class-3 and above Contractor Registration Certificate (Registration Certificate issued by the officer not bellow the rank of Chief Engineer or Equivalent)

Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering constructions works only) of Rs.99.89 lakhs. (Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN Number along with profit loss, Balance Sheet and IT Returns) and Total value of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years certified by Charted Accountant with valid UDIN No. to be furnished as mentioned in standard tender document

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.25.39 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc
