Supply,Carting ,laying and jointing of following size of HDPE and DI pipe 6kg / Cm2 conforming to IS 8329 / 2000 and its latest ammendment(s) with jointing materials / specials etc including all materials /speials etc., labours, T&P required for proper completion of work. (a) 160 mm dia HDPE Pipe

Installation of HDPE pipe of following dia. by Horizontal Direction Drilling Method (below CC/Bituminous/interlock paver road) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment, making the system ready for Commissioning by HDD Operation including drilling, stringing, reaming and pulling back the new pipe on the designed bore path alignment, proper disposal of drilling fluid, as per code of practice for horizontal direction drilling technique suiting Indian conditions and cost of pipes/ specials, laying jointing and testing etc.complete. (a) 63 mm dia

Supply and Carting of Ductile iron double flanged (D.I) Sluice Valve Conforming to IS 14846:2000 (latest) including worn gear arrangement as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle caps, including inspection charges, transportation up to store, unloading and stacking in all respect etc. complete with cost of joining and material such as bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc all complete. PN 1.0 including Carting of D/F Sluice valves of following sizes to the site of works lowering them into already prepared trenches and fixing them In position and the testing etc. complete . (a) 125 mm Dia

Excavation and back filling with proper compaction of earth /road for pipe line and rising main trenches including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m and dismantling, refilling watering, ramming, restoration of the excavated earth/road into the trench and also disposal of surplus earth upto 50m from the centre of the trenches, labours, T&P etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Ordinary soil 0 to 1.5 m depth 70%

(b) Mixed soil with kankar 0 to 1.5 m depth30%

Inter connection of newly laid pipe line to existing pipe line including cutting of road surface, excavation of earth pit, bailing out of water through trenches cutting and making proper alignment of pipes and jointing with required specials , testing etc. complete. with supply of all materials, labours T&P etc.for proper completion of work.

Dismantling and Reinstatement of following type of surface including sorting out and staking of serviceable materials of disposal of unserviceable materials up to a distance of 50 m.B.O.E Road

Making house connection should be done at least 1.5 m inside the boundary wall with provision of tap from distribution line to outer wall of house, with supply of 1 m G.I. pipe ( 15 mm ) ( above ground ) & average 10 mtr. MDPE Pipe ( 20 mm) ( below ground) including specials, saddle, Tap, etc. of suitable size, T&P etc. including excavation, laying and jointing for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer as per Dwg 12 ( excluding road restoration)

Provision for following types of Nala/Culvert/Road Crossings with Encasing Work as per departmental type design and drawing excluding shifting of telephone cables etc. along the alignment of pipe line and their laying and jointing testing etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer.
