Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out of any type of soil complete all as directed

Removing excavated material exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete

Material and labour for hardcore of guage exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, 100 mm thick, 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes of required thickness, including compacting with surface vibrator finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) and curing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L Groove cutting the laid concrete providing grooves of size 5 to 6mm wide at one third of the thickness of the concrete( or as required at site)within 48 hours of laying the concrete to form the bays as directed using heavy duty cutting machine with diamond wheel and filling of the grooves with appropriate sealent (make the surface free from dust,grease,or any other foriegn materials) sealent as approved by GE all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs stone set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete

M&L providing 60 MM thick precast cement concrete vibrating interlocking block (Heavy Duty) Manufactured from M-40 grade concrete , of approved colour and design/ patteren, including laid over a layer of 50mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No-14 here-in-before, but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) average thickness 30-40 mm as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from walls, including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Cutting V grooves 15mm wide and 15mm deep in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm as binding material and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and after drying of bitumen apply one coat of heat resistance aluminium paint on roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd( Sika WP Shield 103/104, M/s Fosroc Chemicals ( Proofex Tochseal 3 PI), M/s STP Ltd ( Super Thermolay APP PL/MT), M/S IWL India Ltd ( Hyperplas Brand Fibreglass, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa (India) Pvt Ltd ( ''HUDROSTOP' ). Make of Primer - M/S STP Ltd ( Shali Tex Primer), M/S Tiki tar Ltd( WB & OB & Tiki Flash.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 1000 and n.exc 2000 ltrs setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in new position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks exc 1000 and n.exc 2000 ltrs and from mouth of circulating pipes etc.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/ injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with ltr of water ) and removing the plant/ vegetation incl penetrated roots complete incl necessary scaffolding etc for plats / vegetation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110 mm bore fixed in walls with mild steel clamps at intervals of 2 m from GL including complete fittings such as heads, shoes, swan necks etc. including taking down the old pipe of any description. (Note: Height upto 15 m to be considered and rates to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding/safety precautions)

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete

Fixing only PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110 mm bore obtained from taking down the old pipe cleaning and refixing the same with MS clamps at intervals of 2 m from GL . (Note: Height upto 15 m to be considered and rates to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding/safety precautions)
