Routine / Periodical / General servicing of window type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity (On Site) including cleaning / washing ( by water or by blower), oiling, greasing etc as per standard engineering practice / Manufacturer's instructions under AOR of AGE E/M (W) Agra by skilled mechanic complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Cost of minor items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws clips saddles oil, grease rubber gaskets etc as required at site deemed to be included in quoted unit rates of items/jobs. (ii) Location and place of complaints shall be any where under AOR of AGE E/M (W) Agra as per requirement of maintenance work (iii) Contractor shall be responsible to provide conveyance and required tools, safety measurers etc for attend the complaints. (iv) Contractor is responsible for make appliances serviceable with in two days from the date of complaint lodged by user. Job card for the same shall be collected on daily basis from office of Engr-in-Charge. If the compliant is not resolved withhin specified period, Rs 500.00 shall be recovered from the contractors dues as penalty.

M&L for taking down carefully window type ACs of any capacity, any make and refixing the same in other location in the same complex including making necessary opening in existing wall and packing to opening surrounding the unit including packing material, necessary electric connections and making functional the AC at new location complete all as directed.

M&L for taking down carefully the indoor and out door unit of split Air conditioner of any capacity from existing location and fixing the complete unit in new location of same complex, making all electric and copper tubing connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main single phase two wire with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS , multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn through & including PVC rigid conduit medium quality 20mm bore from main board to sub main board incl 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire including cutting chases to brick wall for inserting conduit and making good in CM 1:4 and finishing the surface to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Measuring unit comprises two sub main wire, one earth wire, conduit and cutting chases all as described above. (ii) Proper colour code for different wires phase, neutral & earth shall be used. (iii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Taking down care fully sub main wiring / service connections of any size including batten/ conduit, and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor .

Supply & fixing repair in sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top, single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket with one No.MCB, SP, 230 volts, 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
