Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metals, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metals) and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at the rate of 0.7-1 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Scariying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep in area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 4.00 here-in-before but except materials complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparing of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and cleaning complete surfaces by applying mechnical air blower upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and applying a prime coat of Catonic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/Sqm on surface of WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass roots etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying a prime / tack coat of Catonic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.20-0.30 kg/Sqm on new or old top surfaces as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for applying evenly tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at the rate of 0.2 - 0.3 Kg/Sqm on existing black top surfaces as specified in table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rate shall be worked out on the basis of binder contents (bitumen VG-30) of 4% by weight of total mix. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE with 4% VG-30 bitumen by weight of total mix.
Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The work of Premix carpeting shall be done using HOT MIX PLANT and laying of bituminous premix carpet shall be done using MECHANICAL PAVER only.
Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform surface complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of bituminus surfaces of road including cleaning of all dirt, scales, oil,grease and foreign material and applying and making 2.5 mm thick center lines or other lines, stop lines, strip straight line, Zebra crossing, dashes arrows etc. and the like of any width, on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved brand and colour (white or yellow), conforming to BS 3262-1989 with glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot, application of thermo plastic road marking paint using automatic mechanical mahine (special application machine) all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix IN REPAIRS, two way reflective road stud minimum dimension of 110mm x 128mm x 30mm plastic body reflective pannel of amber red or white colour provided at site as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix IN REPAIRS, solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Monocrystalline solar panel 2.40 V/0.30 watt one ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.20V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix IN REPAIRS, smart solar road studs of size 125 mm x 125 mm and 20 mm thick and 55 mm long, 40mm dia stand with 6 Nos diod bulbs (03 Nos each side) electronically operated and designed to operate automatically in darkness powered from rechargeable nickel cadmium yellow reflective poycarbonate cover on side and fixed complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed.
Supply and fix IN REPAIRS, Stud (CAT EYE) ABS body conforming to IRC 67-1977 HAVING LOAD CAPACITY 40 Tonns giving reflection on both sides including fixing with epoxy complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed.
