Bulk Quantity of material will be procured from firms having satisfactory past performance for supply of the same/similar item or OEM or authorized dealer.

Manufacturer /Suppliers trade Mark along with year and month of manufacture to be embossed on the product.

(i) The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-1. Non-submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejection of his/ their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested/ digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. (ii) It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/ Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned. (iii) The bidder shall be mandated to submit Annexure-1. (iv) Annexure-l referred above is attached herewith.
