Treatment of sunken floor slab compriases of the following specifications and all as specified. (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick ave PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% BY WT OF CEMENT CONSUMED. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, noxxles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately).

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% wt of cment consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately ) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black paint shall be paid separetely)

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded agg) as in sunken floor of toilet complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles including ridges and cement concrete in roofing all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins rail and fastenings and havey brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165).

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63mm in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 20mm thick rendering over roof slab when concrete is green in Cement Mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement cocrete of any discription and any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement conrete (1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in coping, hold fast, cills, steps, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement conrete (1:3:6 ) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions all as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shad of slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but in skirting/dado incl rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete allas specified and directed.

M&L for Green Marble 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Joint less ceramic tiles (non-skid) of size 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed bed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (squre/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed bed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Cutting channels, gorooves or rebates n exc 15cm girth, and trimming surface of with or without reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebatted on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden door / window /CB shutters of any description, area exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 above but n exc 1 sqm each.

Taking down of chowkat / frames with shutter (w/o taking off shutter from frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each ( Distrubed surface of wall shall be make good by the contractor. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the same) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

Ditto- but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each.

S & F factory made PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube suitable for opening as per site condition complete all as specified and directed and shown on page No. 160 of SSR part-II

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified in drawing on sl page No 156 of SSR 2010 part -II and directed.

S&F 35mm thick plain factory made second class hard wood skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass etc with size of member of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of SSR Part-l, kin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone etc including necessary from work and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course below tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in repair including jointing, testing and commissioning in repair of 3.5 core 35.00 Sqmm XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade including provision of lugs, glands etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall/pole or drawn through GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection will be measured & paid for seperately

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in replacement of existing burnt bricks complete all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

M & L in repair for MCCB 4 pole, 415 V of 160 Amps current rating with breaking capacity 36 KA complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fix and complete installation in repair of wall mounted, powder coated, Indoor LT panel of 63 Amps capacity with provision of six single phase energy meter,IP 44 standard including aluminium bus bar ,01 No 63 Amps incomer TPN complete all as specified and directed. Note: for item 2 to 6 and 24 & 25 (i) Each submain wiring shall run in separate PVC conduit. (ii) PVC casing caping wiring shall be provided where concealed wiring is not feasible (i.e. concrete surface/beam column/ceiling etc). The same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate.
