M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 mixed with Pidi Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit or equivalent integral water proofing admixture @200 ml/bag of cement and finish the surafce even and smooth (without using extra cement ) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of Integral water proofing admixture deemed to be included inquoted rate of item.
