Wall painting and development of Crematorium of w.no-2 in Banpur NAC.

Earth work in excavation of founation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m initial depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per specification approved by the Department. (F&P)

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 200mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and providing of Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) by using 40mm sized CBHG metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 including all cost, taxes, labour with T&P etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of ( 1:2:4 )using 12mm 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry on the road surface including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position / layers, vibrating, curing for 7days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for smooth centering and shuttering to CC works etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C.

Providing supplying Fly Ash brick masonary work having crushing strength between 100kg/cm2 to 149 kg/cm2 in CM 1:6 in Foundation & Plinth including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. F&P

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 inside & outside to brick masonary including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Outside)

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour over one coat of waterbound cement primer at all heights to the surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering including cost of paint & primer, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, supplying of all materials, labour, T&P for Wall Painting & Mural displaying SBM messages with Swachha Survekhan logo for art different images and drawing in wall with two coat enamel paint & weather coat including scarping old Paint with scarper or Sand paper and washing with soap water scaffolding charges of any height etc all charges cost of all paint as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Supplying anf fitting of Lord Shiva Statue of FRP Make of 5ft height and other unforseen items i.e etc complete

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing of Aluminium roof sheet in roof drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing of 50mmx 50mmx 5mm thick MS Square pipe (6.97 kg per m) including erecting, fabricating, fitting etc as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Making Signage board and other unforseen items i.e etc complete
