M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-25 mm thick over cement 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-polished granite 20mm thick fixed on platform/shelves over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary moulding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Over Head water tank RCC internal wall Waterproofing Coating 2mm thick Cleaning the internal surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contamination like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose material by various mechanical means. Removing all surface imperfection, protrusions, loose concrete & filling of cracks using SBR latex Nitobond SBR latex modified mortar in the ratio of cement sand (1:4) an 5% by weight of cement. Fillets at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar at 1:4 mix admixed with 5% of SBR latex Nitobond SBR latex by weight of cement. Applying 2 cotes of 2 component, prepacked, polymer modified cementitious coating of tensile strength of 5 N/mm2 as per D412, Elongation 120% as per ASTM D 412, crack bridging of 2mm as per ASTM C 836, applied@ 3kg/Sqm, coving at junction of wall and slab using polymer modified mortar and brush application of Nitocote CM210- High performance elastomeric cementitious waterproofing system in two coats as per manufacturer’s specification. Sprinkle sieved coarse sand on wet surface of final coating for better adhesion of plaster or screed. Allow the coating to dry before covering with screed complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Over head water tank RCC internal wall Plaster Applying plaster of average 15 mm thickness admixed with Conplast WL - Integral Waterproofing liquid admixture as per IS 2645 at a dosage of 125 ml per 50 kg cement, Cement sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note- Work should be carried out through authorised applicator of the company as approved by GE.

M&L for providing and applying two coats of Nitocote EP 405- Solvent free epoxy resin coating as per CFTRI 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, Water absorption nit as per ASTM C870:90 over plastered surface after proper surface preparation, mixing base and hardener of Nitocote EP 405 using mechanical drill and paddle and apply the same in 2 coats using suitable brush or roller etc.complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work should be carried out through authorised applicator of the company as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new or previous untreated surfaces of steel and iron of any description n exc 10cm width or girth not when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
