Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & n exc 1000 setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotational mounded polythylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including disconnecting unserviceable PVC/Cement water storage tank of 500 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotational mounded polythylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including disconnecting unserviceable PVC/Cement water storage tank of 1000 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints pertaining to different type of repairs of steel windows, Alluminiun Door, handles, door springs, frame, rolling shutter garrages, repair by welding etc (run or spot welding as per site requirement) on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am along with welding machine, gloves, welding glass, welding rod etc any other tools required on daily basis after satisfactory complition, , as per time to time requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No Welder on daily basis. (ii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iii) Rs. 500.00/day shall be recovered for non deployment of labour as per demand register. (iv) Material will be measured (after fixing) and paid separtely as supply only under respective items. (v) Contractors quotated rate shall include all minor item of execution. Decesion of GE regarding minor item of execution shall be final and binding.

Cleaning blocked WC/floor trap/Nahni trap to 1st manholes by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off manhole cover and placing the manhole cover in original position etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.Contractor has to detail two labour (safai wala) daily to attend complaint at complaint cell at 9 AM who will again report to Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage line dia upto 300mm dia by roding including removal of sludge and pumping out sewage water where required and finally flushing with clean water from manhole to manhole any dia all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.

Cleaning of Manholes of any size and depth by pumping out or manually of sludge, water,effluent etc. and removing all loose sediment sand sludge, grit, ash, and stringly material and removal to sewage treatment plant or as directed by Engineer in charge . Note: The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.

Taking down of PVC rain/ vent/ waste pipe any bore.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends, any radius 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal 110 mm bore with access door all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) junction (single 'T') equal or unequal, bore 110 mm with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed 110 mm bore, any in length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed 75 mm bore, any in length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floors along with PVC fixing clamp,necessary screws whrerever required complete all as specified and directed to mitigate site requirement.

S& F in repairs Brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with swivel joint, including fixing to steel pipe or union 15mm bore.

M&L for fixing in repair 25 mm matt finish Stainless steel curtain rod best quality as approved by Engr-in-charge

M&L for fixing in repair Stainless steel socket bracket with bore of 25mm for dead end of curtain rod .

M&L for fixing in repair Stainless steel ornamental piece with bore dia of 25 mm for free end of curtain rod .

M&L for fixing in repair Stainless steel projecting bracket to support curtain rod of size 25mm.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China water closet squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including provision of lime concrete bedding complete.

S& F in repairs Vitreous China wash basins white, flat back, size 550x400mm, including fixing with anchor bolts and waste coupling 32mm of PTMT (Minimum weight 45gms) half or full threaded complete.

M&L for special treatment to sunken portion (approx area 1.5 sqm) with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 by using Ditachment DM 1% by weight of cement and surface made smooth after curing period two coat of Ditachment DS shall be applied @2.50 Kg/Sm. The paste like consistancy made by using 2.5 Kg of Ditachment DS powder in one litre of admixture (The admixture is made by dissolving 1 part by volume of Nafufill SBR & 4 part by volume of water). After 7 days curing, testing shall be done by flooring for 72 hours. Finally protective plaster coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 shall done by using Putz Ditachment 1% by weight of cement over layer of Detachment DS. All joints of CI Pipe, Nahani trap, WC connection etc. shall be filled by mixture of cement, fine sand and 10% Nafufill SBR by weight of cement and provide 32mm dia 450mm long GI Spout light grade shall be provided in all sunken slabs to drain off water.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers (hard/dense soil) not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and direted.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed including demolition of PCC bed and haunching and removing debris out of MoD land.

Demolition and breaking up 200 mm dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed including demolition of PCC bed and haunching and removing debris out of MoD land.

Demolition and breaking up 300 mm dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed including demolition of PCC bed and haunching and removing debris out of MoD land.

M&L for 150 mm dia ISI marked RCC Pipe of 150 mm dia class NP-2 laid and joined and tested complete with collars etc.

M&L for 200 mm dia ISI marked RCC Pipe of 150 mm dia class NP-2 laid and joined and tested complete with collars etc.

M&L for 300 mm dia ISI marked RCC Pipe of 150 mm dia class NP-2 laid and joined and tested complete with collars etc.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar/cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius,built in CM 1:6.

All as per Item No 83.00 above but except brick.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm in CM 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces making fair and even without using extra cement. (water proofing measured separately).

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 400x400x7 to 8 mm thick or above (square/rectangular) in flooring etc. laid over screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

M&L for colour glazed cermic tiles 300x450x7mm thick or above size in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as in backing coat on fair surfaces of brick wall
