M&L for taking out old unserviciable burnt winding of submersble motor 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, 2900 RPM, 50 Hz AC supply and rewinding by using copper super enamelled conductor PVC insulated of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding by replacing burn out parts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares/Parts required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ/ Sch 'A' as 'Supply only'.

M&L for lowering down, submersible Pump Set and motor by deploying skilled labour inside bore well, with the help of chain pully block with tripod including column pipe and submersible cable up to approx depth 240', after connecting pump and motor with coupling, and making electrcal and pipe line connections etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Materials required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ/ Sch 'A' as 'Supply only'.

M&L for bore well cleaning / washing of tube well by using a compressure up to 150 mm bore dia and upto 73 mtr depth removining and refixing the submersible Pump set 5 HP capcity, column pipe, power cable with the help of tripod and chain pulley block and remove the dirts sludge, mud, clay, sand, scales from top to bottom level with the help of compressure for smooth functioning of the submercible pump with out any trouble to sucking the potable water from the borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning RCC underground sumps internally including bailing out of water below foot valve level, removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes by brushes and washing with bleaching powder and water pressure to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge, removing silt outside MD land and applying two coats of cement base paint to external & top surface and write down the date of cleaning with super enameled paint having Capacity upto 100000 gallons at Parachute complex at ADRDE Complex area Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting electric connection, taking down/ keep aside the outdoor unit of VRF type AC having power supply upto 8 KW - 10 KW including stabilizer of any make and capacity,servicing the same as cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gaskit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and made functional the equipment fully and Re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling of unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed/scroll type unit compressor from Split/Cassette type AC and replacement with new one compressor , suitable for existing model/make of capacity 2 TR split type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R32 in appropriate qty after making vacume the complete system and testing the A/C for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Make of compressor shall be as per OEM recommendation.

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in split/Cassette type AC or VRF type AC of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134A / R 22/ R32/R 410A or any other refridgerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. GI wire shall be laid in 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following provisions complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & including testing on completion and taking out old materials of earthing :- (a) GI wire of 4 mm dia. M&L for disconnecting electric connection, taking down/ keep aside the outdoor unit of any type AC having power supply upto 10 KW including stabilizer of any make and capacity, servicing the same and cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gaskit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and made functional the equipment fully and Re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling of scroll type unit compressor from AC outdoor units and replacement with new one compressor, suitable for existing same model/make of cooling capacity 7.5-8.8 TR including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R22 in appropriate qty after making vacume the complete system and testing the A/C for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.
