Supply & delivery at site of 16 M high mast lighting tower in two section, single weld and single dip galvanized with head frame, pulley assembly, lantern carriage, rubber padded guide ring, double drum winch, s/s wire ropes, multi core copper trailing cable suitable for HM lighting Tower, power tool with contactor based reversible starter, lighting arrester, distribution box. Sheet thickness for the bottom & top section shall be at least 4 & 3 mm respectively and the larger diameter of the bottom section shall not be less than 300 mm. (Make – BPP/Bajaj/ Utkarsh/ Subham Pole). Rate obtained through quotations.

Design & construction of civil foundation for 16 m High Mast, taking actual site condition into account including excavation of earth, supply of cement sand ,reinforcement steel bars, shuttering materials, labour etc. complete with refilling of earth to the existing ground level locations of High Masts ,suitable measures are to be taken so as to ensure High Mast flange at 300 mm above the ground level. Prior approval of design parameters shall be necessary.

Assembly of 16 m High Mast with all its accessories, erection testing and commissioning of the same with the help of crane or derrick system, fixing and wiring of luminaries with all materials and labour.

Supply & fixing of Aviation Obstruction luminaire similar to Bajaj make, Cat No. BJAOL – 2 including CFL lamps (or equivalent LED fitting) and other accessories complete for ready use on lantern carriage. Make – Philips/Bajaj/Crompton.

Supply at the work site of 4C x 16 sq.mm Al. conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured, overall PVC sheathed, 1.1 KV grade power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part-1) 1988 with latest amendments. Make: Polycab / Finolex / KEI / Havells. Analysed Rate, KEI, LP, w.e.f. 09.10.24.

Laying of cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth,with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. brick per meter,including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restore the surface duly rammed. (PWD, Page F-2, Item 1.a + 3% District Charge.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sq.mm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonry trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. (Item No.3.a of Pg. F1 of PWD (Elect.) SR w.e.f.Nov.2017 + 3% district charge.

Jack pushing of requisite size for road crossing / similar application for passage of cable with all requisite tools , labour etc. complete as per direction of EIC. Rate obtained through quotations.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of outdoor type feeder pillar box made of 2 mm CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited and stove enamel painting, complete with rubber gasket, hinged door at least 800 x 450 x 200 mm in size projected top cover, suitable ventilation and MS iron frame work with adequate space for provision of WBSEDCL meter. The panel is consisting of 63A TPN MCB incoming, Astronomical time switch, toggle switch, contractor of L&T make for automatic operation of street light system.

Supply, fixing, connection & testing of outdoor type Flood light fittings of IP66, IK08 LED Integral type flood light luminaire with system lumen > 45000 system wattage not more than 405 W with pressure die cast aluminium housing, LM 80 For LED Source & LM79 for Luminaire is mandatory, Surge Protection Minimum 10 KV. Make: Philips (Fittings Cat no. BVP 483 P LED 235 x 2 CW SWB PSU P4140, SPD / BVP485 LED485 CW FLNB PSU SPD GR(LP w.e.f. 1.1.2022, pg.67) or appvd. equivalent from OEM / Appvd. equivalent from Crompton / Bajaj/ Wipro.
