Notes for item no.01 to 11 :- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position incl removal of (any type of old treatment, tarfelt) debries obtained from demolition outside the MOD land, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same from Site(s) outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Roof gutter including water outgoing holes at any height of bldg,work shop and hangers and removing the materials leaves, vegitation mud or waste materials to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting /removing of plants and grass growth up to root level on bldg's roofs, chajjas and edges on bldgs,work shop, hangers (at any floor and any height) including spreding chemicals at plant roots area and finished the damaged area with PCC 1:2:4/ Cement plaster in CM 1:4 as required and remove waste to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Roof sorrounding area mud, tree leaves etc including water outgoing holes at any height of bldg, removing the materials (sludge) to distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth. Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm & depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in padding in roof complete all as specified.

M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete incl taking down old plaster all as directed by engr-in- charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.50Kgs/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bitumenious emulsion (tack coat) @ 100 gms/sqm with 10 cm overlap of the membrane to be provided duly fused uniformly by LPG torch flame complete all as directed .

M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding /backing coat and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for as in foundation etc., complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone agg)concrete 30 mm thick as sunken floor even and fair to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm with 90 micro high molecular high density polyethylene film sand witched between two layers of poly meric (atactic poly propylene based) bitumen laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film over a coat of hot blow bitumen of 85/25 grade applied at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm after priming the surfaces with bituminous emulsion at the rate of 100gms per Sqm duly 10cm over lapped and shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/ vertical surface of sunken floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to complete all as specified and as directed.
