Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stonework and precast concrete articles. .

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6,complete all as directed..

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Kerb stone/bond stone apex stone bed plate, watertroughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including a coat of primer and preparation of new surface all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered on wall and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces all as specified.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat )appex Ultima over a coat of approved primer including preparation of new surfaces all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate,fencing,framed trusses etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates,and chequerd plate etc. including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer ect. complete using ERW or indluding butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1998 grade St-240.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall or in door, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section post embeded in concrete brick work,masonery etc including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground,all as specified and directed.

S/F mild steel work as in posts and strut in fencing including cutting cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 5 to 10 mm dia and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified & directed (Note:- MS nut bolts, round bars and flats etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items as supply only)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS in flat ,round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) including drilling holes notching for fixing nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified & directed,

Repair to existing chainlink fencing including strenthing, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc or necessary welding, complete all as directed.(Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid supply only under item no 25 above)

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as in repairs,all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Repair to existing galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including strenthing,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. complete all as directed.(Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid supply only under item no 25 above)

S&F concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia of approved make coil over MS angle brackets with barbed wire as in repairs, all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia including straightening,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. complete all as directed.(Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid supply only under item no 25 above)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described

M&L Preparation of old painted surface of any description not otherwise described steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic eanmel paint of any colour as specified.

All as per item No 32 above here in before but not exceeding 10 cm width or girth.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plsatered or unplastered surface of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white washing complete.

M&L for 2 coats of cement based over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion apex paint (weather coat) over a coat of approved primer complete.

M&L for praparation of existing treatment of walls and applying one coats of exterior emulsion apex paint (weather coat) complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerb etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down, all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 including dismanteling complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block rubber moulded with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade and including 40mm thick sand cushion all as specified and as directed including dismantling the existing paver block.

Removing old dumped junk/ building materials/ debris/ tree roots, trunk, & branches of any size etc. to a distance of 10Km or beyond, out of premises of metropolitan area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete in ground floors (below or above ground level)l complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50 mtrs in depth for foundations etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified nd directed

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillers, posts, struts,piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressummers, lintels beam,tie beam, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and rough finished, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inculding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (ennealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto,as item above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for coloumns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,tie beam,lintels over 1.5m spancomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1.60mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 2 coats of oil bound distember white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer, including preparation of new surface all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 incl water proofing compound with on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- Water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any all as specified and directed.
