Running, operation and day to day maintenance of complete E&M Installations available at Kargil Airport on all days i/c Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted holidays & National holidays i/c keeping record etc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge by deploying the following minimum man power. (i) Electrician/ Wireman /Operator (Skilled) :- 02 nos. (ii) Helper (Un-Skilled) :- 02 nos.

Providing additional manpower for Running, operation and day to day maintenance of complete E&M Installations available at Kargil Airport as and when required as per site / operational requirement . a) 01 Nos of Electrician/ Wireman /Operator (Skilled) b) 01 Nos of helper (Un-Skilled)

Rewinding of the following type of fans i/c replacement of bearing / bush by dismantling, transportation to workshop & back and reinstallation of fan at the existing location i/c connection, testing & commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer)

Ceiling fan of all makes and models.

Exhaust Fan of all makes and models.

Painting of following installations in installed position with synthetic enamel paint by spray/ brush painting with one or more coats to give an even finish i/c scraping, cleaning & preparing the surface etc complete as required.

Distribution boards /electrical panels/ Feedar piller etc.

Carrying out the works covered under DSR (E & M) 2018, of value upto Rs 1,00,000/-- (One Lakh Only) The payment of DSR items shall be released on the basis of perctange above/below quoted on Rs 1,00,000/- NOTE: Guiidline for quoting %age rate for the bidder. 1. The bidder has to quote the rates in the rates column aganist the works of Rs. 100000/-of DSR 2018 (E & M) and same shall be converted into %age above/below on the DSR 2018 (E & M) (considering the rates of DSR 2018 (E & M) as base rates). 2. For Example if bidder quotes Rs. 115000/- in rates column then same shall be converted into %age of DSR 2018 (E & M) as under ((115000 - 100000) / 100000) i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 (E & M) and accordingly payment shall be made by applying the %age i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 (E & M) rates for items covered in DSR 2018 (E & M).
