Material and labour for Glow Sign board of size 75 CM X 15 CM with writing Names of various chambers/stages of Sewage Treatment plant by writing of letter in flex sheet as specified and the sides of perimeter covered with PGI sheet 24 SWG properly overlapped and housed with Bulb holder with LED Bulb, fixed to RCC/brick wall in any location where directed by using suitable clamps and fixing accessories required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of following RCC| underground sump/ sem Overhead reservoir, underground sump of any size and any height of staging by using mechanical means and scientific cleaning by carrying out the following stages of cleaning process for disinfection of surfaces Complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning of all external surfaces with hot water and Odor removal. (b) The inner surface of the walls and ceilings of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after dewatering in the tank. (c) After thorough cleaning of the tank, removal of algal calcination and other dust particles with high pressure including necessary chemicals required at site. (d) Vacuum cleaning and sludge shall be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at places as directed.

(e) After removing the sludge from tank, the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using an industrial vacuum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dust free and disinfection with bio-degradable chemical/ anti-bacterial spray and surfaces to be proven nontoxic. (f) After the treatment as mentioned at (e) above, the inner surface of walls and ceiling shall be treatedwith UV Radiation/ Ozonisation with UV rays. (g) After complete treatment is carried out, all inlet, over flow delivery, wash out pipes, ladder and doors shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint after thorough cleaning the surfaces and also the surfaces of sluice valves shall be painted with post office red paint and writing "capacity of tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning" on walls in black paint with white back ground with suitable size of letters as directed. (h) The wire mesh of ventilators of the tank shall be replaced with new GI wire mesh for the undermentioned capacites:-

Material and labour for applying painting with one Coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on centrifugal pump set of capacity from 20 HP to 60 HP including inlet, outlet mains, coupling, sluice valve, non-returnvalve, base plate, pulley with safe guard, vacuum pipe line, starter panel board and writing the MES/ SM number with black paint of suitable size of letters including complete removal of existing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Painting of suction line, pump & motor, sluicevalve, NRV and delivery line inside the pump house shall be treated as one Job

Material and labour for painting to steel structure/ LT panels with approved colour of synthetic enamel paint one coat by using spray gun machine including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary repairs lik welding the doors/ hinges to panel board doors and other misc. petty repairs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of sewage incoming well of any size and depth/Stilting Chamber by opening sewage transfer pipes/Clarisetter with rotating blades/aerator section/mixing chamber/treated water tank located at sewage treatment plant with sewage collection machine and dewatering the balance sludge with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawaraetc all required for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the well and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr the site of well including cleaning and greasing ,painting of all moter inside the pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note all dewatering pumps accessories includes in Item rate, During the process of cleaning sewage vechile to be provided by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of raw sewage sumps/ wells of any size and depth in any location at Bambolim Mil camp by using sewage collection machine including dewatering andremoving the balance sludge with man power and by using necessary T&P required at site such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawaraetc for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the well and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr the site of well including cleaning and greasing, painting of all submersible pumps &moter inside complete all as specified and as directed.
