Bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm ²OR FLY ASH BRICKS of Grade 7.5 to 10. at any height upto 15.00 mtr in all floors, levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges etc. all complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST). This items excuted mostly at the outside of balcony,Parapet, Outside wall of the Building. it includes Scaffolding,Staging.N.B. No extra payment will be given for scafolding, stagging, vegetation cleanning from wall faces,removal of debrises, cleanning of site etc) .

12mm thick Cemnet Plastering with CM(1:6) to the brick work & RCC surface etc. including mixing, hoisting and applying the mortar upto 15.0 Mtr height both Inside & Outside of the Building with all complete including curing, supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties,Scaffolding, Staging etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).N.B. No extra payment will be given for scafolding, stagging, vegetation cleanning from wall faces,removal of debrises, cleanning of site etc) .

25mm. thick A.S. flooring in cement concrete (1:2:4) at all floors upto 13.0 Mtr. height & levels using 10mm. and down grade hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, by water tanker, finished smooth to the exposed surface with a floating coat of cement punning, rounding the corners where found necessary including cost of supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation charges, etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of GST)

Supplying fitting & fixing of 110mm dia heavy duty rainwater PVC pipe(ISI make) at pressure carrying capacity 4kg/Cm2 with all fittings like Tee,bend,elbow,offset,short piece or any other fittings required as per site condition and joining the pipe with glue,clamps to fix the pipe in wall etc.as complete with supply of all abour,materials,Scaffolding,stagging T&P, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST). This Item will be Excuted Upto 15.0Mtr. Heifght & it includes scaffolding, Staging, Jointing, Testing of pipe , supplying of pipes & fittings ,T&P,Labour etc.all complte.

25mm (avg) thick graded concrete with C.C(1:2:4) by using H.B chips of 10mm and down grade of approved quality with concrete work and supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, scaffolding for all floors & addition of 2% W.P.C , (plastocrete plus) or its equivalent , recron fiber or chicken wire mesh if necessary etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge..(Excluding GST).

R.C.C(1:2:4) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing , hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Reinforcement to R.C.C. works with supply of steel SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/TISCON or equivalent as per relevant I.S. & cutting bending, binding straightening of M.S. Tor Steel/Coil tying the grills and placing the grills in position,drilling holes in concrete from 8mm to 16mm dia and inserting with use of chemicals including supply of 18 gauge binding wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as directed including cost of steel.(No wastage shall be paid. Steel coefficient should be as per IS 1786).(Excluding GST).

Dry brick khoa rammed to 10Cm. (avg.) thick using K.B. Brick khoa, laying to proper level slope, watering, ramming to level, to receive A.S. Flooring including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST)

Deployment of skilled and Un-skilled labour for attending day to day maintenance work like minor cement work & other Miscellaneous work with supply of necessary T&P etc. all complete as per direction-in-charge.The Labours will be supplied at section office daily basis & department will deploy as per requirement (Excluding cost of GST).

Dismantling and removing the old damaged shutters, chaukaths, ventilators, shutters with frames including removing the fastenings, depositing the dismantled unusable materials at departmental store with cost supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, all transportations etc. Complete & as directed by Engineer In-Charge..(Excluding GST). NB: Quantity will be paid as per the measurement taken on the material deposited in Maintenance Office. Useable and unusable will be decided at Maintenance Office after taking out the measurement.

Removing the old damaged shutters & re-fixing the same after making necessary repair works by incerting BWR ply 9mm/12mm, rails & hinges, towerbolt etc. required as per site condition including cost & supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, all transportations etc. all Complete as per the directed by Engineer In-Charge..(Excluding GST).

Supplying, fitting & Fixing of Factory made 32mm thick Piasal pannel door & window shutter with cost of loading & un-loading stacking at departmental stores all complete including cost and supply of all materials, T&P, all taxes, transportation, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST) .Technical specification for door- 1) The width at the top rail should be 100mm+/-3mm. 2) The width of rail should be to 200mm+/-3mm. 3) The width of the lock rail should be 150+/-3mm. 4) The vertical styles should be 100mm+/-3mm. 5) The thickness of rails and stiles minimum 32mm +/-2mm. 6) The surface of the door should be properly finished /level for smoothness required. Fittings:- 1) The door contains 3nos. Hinges of 150mm length SS Hinges with SS screw. 2) The door contains sand block and cleat. 3) Each door should be provided with 200mm to 250mm long SS Tower bolt. 4) The front & back door should contains 2nos. of 300mm SS Aldrop and Inside door should provided one SS aldrop of 300mm long.5) The door should be provided width 200mm long SS Handle. Supplying, fitting & fixing of 32mm thick fully glazed shutter with 75mm width of all rails & styles made out of piasal wood with 5mm thick pin headed/frosted glass panels supported with wooden bitto or any other mean in the frame.(Excluding GST).

Factory made single/double leaf rigid FRP sand which composite door shutter of 32mm. & 1 mm. thick laminated with two FRP skin with wood grain finish fabricated using U.V. stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 GSM E-Glass chopped Strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyster resin. The thickness of the skins will not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) structural form panel of 29mm. thickness and a density of 20 Kg./Cu. Mtr shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcement made of seasoned Sal wood blocks of cross section not less than 27mm. x 38mm. and also necessary Sal wood reinforcement for fixing the metal fitting such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc. shall be provide. Factory made FRP Door frames of 75mm. x 100mm. or 70mm. x 120mm. size shall be fabricated using E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM), U.V. stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat & impregnated with Isopthalic resin. The thickness of the FRP skin shall not be less than 2.0mm. The Door frame will consist of three segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in & with joined together by means of screws. The FRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement of 6 locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast & shall be consolidated by filling with plaster of pairs with fibre reinforcement with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .(Excluding GST).
