Annual Repairs And Maintenance Contract for Electrical and Mechanical Services at DO building Karnal and all FCI owned depots under DO Karnal for FY 2025-26

Repairs and maintenance of following electrical and mechanical installations, details as follows and according to terms and conditions mentioned as per I.E. rules. a) E.I., Lights/Fans/Plug points/ PowerPoint’s and Street/ Compound lighting arrangements /MCB/MCCB etc. b) Water supply arrangement c) Water cooler d) Air coolers f) Feeder pillars/LT panels maintenance g) MV/LT OH line maintenance h) Operation of the installed DG Sets, Checking/Refilling of Fuel, Urea etc. (to be provided by Department) i) High mast lighting system j)Transformer (Preventive Maintenance) k) Maintenance of all other equipment’s as specified in Electrical SOP and any other electrical works directed by JE(EM)/Manager(EM)/ Incharge of Depot (Note: (i)Rates are exclusive of EPF and ESI, which shall be desposited by the contractor as per latest applicable rules. The same shall be reimbursable to the contractor upon submission of relevant supporting documents. (ii) Wages paid shall not be less than Minimum Wage fixed by Central labour commission as amended from time to time.)
