Overhauling of departmental water tanker No. JK-14B 4885 by way of dismantling the hood and water tank by cutting the damaged bolts & nuts with the help of gas cutter and lifting the same with crane, placing at a safe place. Over hailing to the chassis by straightening the damaged portion with the help of mechanical jacks, hammers, gas cutter and manual skilled labour. Providing, fitting & welding of 4 nos new supporting members to chassis setting the chassis in position. Overhauling to Hood by denting and cutting of damaged portion, welding of extra new sheets to hood. Overhauling to doors by cutting, welding & denting. Providing and fitting of glasses on both the doors along with all the mechanism and also welding of foot rest. Placing the hood on chassis with the help of crane and skilled labour and then tightening with hooks, bolts and nuts & welding works. Overhauling to tank by cutting of damaged portion, denting welding of new sheets. Placing back the tank on chassis and then tightening with u hooks, bolt, nuts and rubber pads. Providing and fitting of wind screen with rubber fitting. Providing and fitting of new ply board, spring coll, foam Rexene and cloth for seats & back. P/F of 2 nos front and rear mud guards. p/f of tool box complete washing of the vehicle, Job includes application of car solder and rubbing thereof. Spraying of one coat of red oxide Metal primer inside and outside the tank and chassis of vehicle. The spraying of 2 cots of deco paint on the tank and on the vehicle. Complete letter writing on the vehicle including the tank and number plates. The complete job includes cost of material, labour and other unforeseen material (Complete Job ).
