Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, and removal of the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast cement concrete with grey cement and pigment, rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and 50 mm thick bedding layer of sand complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 50 mm thick Sand filling under inter locking paver block including spreading, levelling and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanical crushed aggregate) for levelling course, benching, coving, roof kerbs, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth with out using extra cement with and including Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38mm in width inserted in position conform to design complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on surface of any description of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pilasters and cornices etc. including brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying two coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered new undecorated surfaces of walls incl pilasters and cornices etc. including brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint with and including curing the surfaces and curing the same after application of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller over 3mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achieve smooth surface over prepared surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed. The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965. Contractor shall submit a Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm and under in section in any position in framed work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) clean sawn in scantlings, in any position in framed work, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Second class hardwood (Hollack) plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section of area exceeding 13 Sq.cm and not exceeding 25 Sq.cm, clean sawn, fixed straight or curved, secured with nails or brads, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Second class hardwood (Hollack) plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section of area exceeding 6 Sq.cm and not exceeding 13 Sq.cm, clean sawn, fixed straight or curved, secured with nails or brads, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6 mm thick (5ply) plywood, plywood, grade BWR, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work or over existing wooden planks flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming complete ,all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame, fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates, kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic and other bands, and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside the solvent cement for style and plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing IInd class (hollock) factory made 35mm thick glazed Skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. with sizes of members of shutters as specified in para 8.24(a) of SSR 2009 (Part I), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters (wire mesh type) with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing/guard bars, including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. (Noted: Guard bars and shutter glass & wire mesh measured separately)

Supply and fixing factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters (glass type) but without glazing/guard bars with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. (Noted: Guard bars and shutter glass & wire mesh measured separately)

Supply and fixing factory made box type steel section ventilator with top/centre hung shutter double leaf shutter for both glass and wire mesh type with glazing bars (measured each separately) and 04 Nos pintle hinges & 04 Nos, 150mm, mild steel, tower bolt, 02 Nos steel peg stay, 02 Nos steel handle to each shutter, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. (Noted: Guard bars and shutter glass & wire mesh measured separately)

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing for sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in square not exceeding 0.5 Square metre in each pane or with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinge of 100mm length, cold rolled, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section 200mm long, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150mm long, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium handle, cast type, anodized 150mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer etc. complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in door chowkats, gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc. welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description (Ceramic/PCC/Terrazzo) and any thickness, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm tiles, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm tiles, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc. removing the rubbish outside the defence land ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and moulding) in kitchen platforms over and including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including rounding of front edge and finally granite finish polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair, PVC water closet seat cover, coloured, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium alloy anodised Harrison rails with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel sink 1.00mm thick, ISI marked for kitchen with plug, waste PVC pipe, washers including cantilever cast iron brackets connecting union waste pipe with drainage board over all size 940 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 355mm x 200 mm etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing 10 litre capacity, low level, virgin polypropylene cistern, ISI marked, white complete with PVC bend/flush pipe and making all connection including taking down existing high or low level unserviceable flushing cistern and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing Precast reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, except blocks or slabs, complete, all as specified and as directed..

Material and Labour for TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing in repair 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR), junction single T (equal or unequal), with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR), vent cowls including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note- The serviceable stones obtained from Serial item No - 8.00 will be used after removing mortar, cleaning with water, etc.)

Supply and fixing of 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, as in weep holes complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone or boulders, at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses( Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1.4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of RCC Semi UG sump of capacity 15000 Gln on staging 15 feet height thoroughly removing mud, grits, etc. from the sump by following method:- (a) Removing all dirt, mud with the help of containers manually from inside of the water storage Sump, and scraping the walls/pillars/floor,etc. complete as directed. (b) Washing with clean water after scraping with wire brush from inside and removal of mud and spoil outside Municipality area. (c) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder and again scraping the surface of walls/pillars/floor UG sump with wire brush removal of mud, grits and other deposits outside Municipality area as per standard norms. (d) Repair/ Replacement of all inlet/out lets pipe of sump including necessary cement work, etc. for making complete leakage proof.(MS/GI Pipe if reqd, it will be measured and paid separately). (e) Dry washed walls, coating with a one coat of white cement on inside wall of RCC Semi UG sump and two coat of white wash with lime on the remaining complete surface of RCC Semi UG sump.

Amount of credit of Rs. 212962.76 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
