BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR PRICES IN ALL FORMS OF SOP PROVIDED EXCEL FORMAT(i.e. FORM B1 TO FORM B9)

a) Bidder (Indian as well as Foreign) shall quote the prices for materials and services to be imported in India in INR/USD/EURO. Bidder can quote their prices in INR and / or in any one of the Foreign Currency as indicated above. Currency once quoted shall not be permitted to be changed.

b) Bidders shall quote the price for materials and services to be procured from India in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

No other currencies shall be allowed other than Indian Rupees or US Dollar or Euro as stated above.

Payment to the Foreign Bidder shall be made in currency of quote. Payment to Indian sources Services/Supplies of Foreign Licensor can be released directly to Indian Subsidiary of Licensor against invoices raised by Indian Subsidiary to Owner duly endorsed by the Foreign Licensor.

Payment to the Indian Bidder shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

As per requirement of Biding Document Bidders are required to quote Prices Gross of Withholding tax. Refer SCC for the same.

Bidder to submit the declaration for Withholding Tax as per above format in Unpriced Bid.

The above details shall not be submitted by Bidder in their Price Bid folder. In case, Bidder had submitted these details in Unpriced as well as Priced Bid, the Declaration as submitted in Unpriced Bid shall be considered for evaluation and award of work.
