Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete as in sunken portion type C-2 (1:3:6) by using brick coarse aggregate, complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified elastomeric water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)).

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage. Cost of testing is include in the rates quoted above.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Neeru finish to plastering surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement plaster, 20mm thick in two coats (15 mm thick in CM 1:4 +5 mm thick in CM 1:4) ) with using integral waterproofing compound (in second coat) finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.( Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surface of walls and rough cast plaster in while under coat is in plastic state in the ratio 1:1:1(1 part fine gravel of size between 6 to 12mm, 1 part cement, 1 part coarse sand), and finished even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered/ rough plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Premium Acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. , complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified.

Preparation of old wall surfaces and apply two coats of Premium Acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. , complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and apply one coats of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 sq. m each, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm (double door chowkate) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as specified. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing

S&F PVC factory made wire gauged shutter with wire gauge warped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tube. The wires gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail all as per specification and drawing given in SSR Part II, Schedule of rates 2010 and directed but as in four panels in lieu of two panels. Note : The wire mesh shall be measured separately.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite., and nosing /rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, all as specified and directed .

Taking down aluminium windows of any description and having any size including all fittings and fixtures, complete all as specified.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for chowkats of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as specified.
