Supply of Hot dip Galvanized Swaged type Steel Tubular pole of 7.0 mtr length with inbuilt junction box including 15A cut-out, 3-ph terminal etc. for cable termination, base plate etc. complete with 1.5 mtr long swan neck bracket as per specification IS : 410 SP 3 at work site of make J. K. Industries/BPP/ India Poles Corporation.

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with / without sole plate & cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal / stone chips including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. Dia and 0.30 mts. Above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store / Place shown by department to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. Upto 9 mtr. (0.60 x 0.60 x 1.70) mtr.

Supply, fixing, connection & testing of outdoor street light fittings with IP66 protection, IK10 compliant polycarbonate cover, Integral type high performance LED street light having high power LED. LM 80 For LED Source & LM79 for Luminaire is mandatory. [Make: Philips (Cat no. BRP 502 LED 126 CW R3C PSU S1 SPD, 10 KV, 140 lm / watt) or appvd. Equivalent from OEM / Approved equivalent from Crompton / Wipro / Bajaj].

Installation of LED light fittings at the outer end of erected pole arm bracket with all necessary connections including supply of requisite materials & labour for upto 10 mtr. height.

Supply at the work site of 4C x 16 sq.mm Al. conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured, overall PVC sheathed, 1.1 KV grade power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part-1) 1988 with latest amendments. Make : Polycab / Finolex / KEI / Havells.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sq.mm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per meter, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sq.mm through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe/open masonry trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4core.

Cutting chase upto 125mm x 150mm and subsequent mending of damages in concrete or similar surface/ wall.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. 50 mm dia.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of outdoor type feeder pillar box made of 2 mm CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited and stove enamel painting, complete with rubber gasket, hinged door at least 800 x 450 x 200 mm in size projected top cover, suitable ventilation and MS iron frame work with adequate space for provision of WBSEDCL meter. The panel is consisting of 63A TPN MCB incoming, Astronomical time switch, toggle switch, contractor of L&T make for automatic operation of street light system.
