REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO FOOT PATH, DRAIN AND DRAIN COVER, SUNKEN FLOOR OF BATH ROOM AND PERIODICAL CLEANING OF UNDER GROUND SEWAGE LINES IN UNDER CELL -1 UNDER GE(NW) NOFRA, COLABA, MUMBAI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling (fixed at any portion but not backing) including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick rectified glossy (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surface, of size exc 0.06 Sqm and not exc 0.16 Sqm 7-8mm thick as in dado/skirting or on vertical surface, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement match to existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm, 7 to 8mm thick, laid in flooring, with & including 5mm thick adhesive of Ferrouscrete (FERRO-1122) / Fevimate XL- Pidilite / Gold star of Bal Endura or Techno commercial equivalant including necessary roughning of existing PCC flooring & levelling the floor if required, grouting the joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick, superior quality, as in skirting, over & including a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3, complete and making nosing at right angle corner, including levelling the wall, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Skirting shall be flush with the walls

M & L for applying texture paint of 2mm to 3mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)). Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exc half brick built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

M&L GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced.

M&L All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round including painting with anticorrosive paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M & L Injection grouting in RCC slab shall be cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expences. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of Cement concrete in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removing all debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and direted.
