Taking out old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles (450x300) x7mm thick in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm and nexc 0.42 of each tile in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement ,shade light or dark and pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.36 sqm but n.exc. 0.42 sqm in skirting etc shade light or dark, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), chain and plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china Urinal bowl type flat back , size 465 X 355 X 265mm white with grating and union for discharge pipe including providing and fixing plugs , bedding urinal against wall in CM 1:2 , securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws , pointing around urinal back in cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan ( pedestal pattern ) , white with necessary seat cover including connection to drain ( or out going pipe ) and to flushing pipe , antisyphonage pipe complete all as specified .

Supply and fix in repair looking mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail , 20 mm dia, D type, 600mm long between flange fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified & directed.
