Redevelopment of Central Verge on various Roads under Division NWR-2 Delhi during 2026-27. (SH Construction of Precast RCC Crash barrier/Jersey barrier at Central Verge on various roads)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil.

Supplying, stacking and filling of good earth (including royalty) at site by mechanical transport for all lead and lift complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature. jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment), (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Modified Rates of DSR 2023 use multiplying factor (0.973)

Providing and Placing in position factory made machine batched and machine mixed precast reinforced cement concrete crash barrier/ Jersey Barriers in required design and size of M-30 grade cement concrete including cost of centering,shuttering, reinforcement of 10 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade at maximum @ 150 mm centre to centre in rings and 8 mm dia distribution steel, and providing 2 nos. rope hooks at both ends ,making drainage opening wherever required, and cost of transportation, placing, erection, handling at site for all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Placing in position factory made machine batched and machine mixed precast reinforced cement concrete crash barrier/ Jersey Barriers in required design and size of M-30 grade cement concrete including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 10 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade at maximum @ 150 mm centre to centre iin rings and 9 Nos. 8 mm dia distribution steel , and providing 2 nos. rope hooks at both ends, making drainage opening wherever required, and cost of transportation, placing, erection, handling at site for all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Add Cost Index 3%

Credit on account of cost of dismantled unserviceable mild steel material/articles such as M.S. grill flat, angles, etc. received from dismantling, including dismantling removal & disposal from the site and cleaning the site all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. The dismantled unserviceable material shall become the property of contractors after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized respective.

Credit of old Kerb Stone received from the dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling dully weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
