PART A- Renovation of earthing Pit of Surface Substation for 1600KVA, 33KV/3.3KV, Transformer bay feeding power to UG Mine, Magzine, Wieghbridge, & LT Neutral at Piparia Mine of Umaria Sub Area of Johilla Area.
Supplying and erection earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size.approved make safe Earthing Electrode consisting Pipe-in-Pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made corrosion free G.l. Pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing as mentioned - With 3 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipedia of 50mm having 80-200 microngalvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mmhaving 200-250 Micron galvanizing.connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 50 kg (two bag) backfilling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indianstandards around electrode upto ground level.
Providing and laying G.I. tape 38mm X 6mm thick for earth electrode directly inground as required
Pension 7% of 25% of ( Sr.No. 1.01 + Sr. No. 1.02)
Providing brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with wall burnt clay modular bricks having compressive strength not less then 25kg/sq.mm at all label including scaffolding curing etc. Complete around earth pit.
Plastering 15mm thick on brick work/CC surface with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand ) at all levels
PART B- Renovation/Erection of EarthPit at 3.3KV OH Line from Nowrozabad Sub Station to Nowrozabad West Colliery & other different location of Nowrozabad Sub Area.
Earthing with G.I. earth Plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and Providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe of 2.7mtr long etc with Charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for Loop earthing as required.
Cement Plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12mm cement plaster
