M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in Wind Tie in roof and MS structural works in trusses, etc. with screwed ends including nuts,washers and mild steel plates for walls chimneys, roofs, arches etc., king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

All as per item No 10.00 above but refixing the good quality of Galvalume sheet obtained from dismantling.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutter, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in doors, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified.

S&F glass 5.5mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with rubber neoprene packing in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 05mm thick in CM 1:4 wall mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid separately as supply only) over 10 mm thick CM 1:6 under coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.
