Supply , installation testing and commissioning 500 KVA outdoor type transformer Energy Efficient level-3 of IS : 1180-2014 with amd. no 1,2,3 & 4 step down 11 KV / 433 V , 3 Phase 50 C/S AC double wournd, core type copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled (ONAN) with external cooling tybes, delta/ star connection on primary side (11KV) and star connection on secondary side (433V) in accodance with vector symbol DYN-11 and having tapping at +/-2.5%+/-5% and+/- 7.5%to be changed by means of manually operated 7 position off circuit tap changer ( Tapping range +- 7.5% in steps of 2.5%each) . The rate of temperature rise after continious full loa shall be all specified in IS -1180-2014.The transformer shall be complete with the following :- (a) Cable entry box for LT on secondary side for 3.5 Core 400 Sqmm XLPE cable and HT 3 core 95 Sqmm on primary side including fixing arrangement as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (b) Oil conservator with filling cap, drain valve and oil level gauge. (c) Dehydrating breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (d) Explosion releif vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equilser pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device) . (e) Air releif plug (f) Shut off valve between the conservator and Bucholz relay. (g) Thermometer pocket. (h) 100 mm dial type temperaure indicator having range 0-120 degree C vapour pressure type with maximum reading pointer / Max temp indicator and resetting device with alarm/ trip contact and additional contacts for switching ON or OFF the coilling fans. (j) Two earthing terminals on tank and tank cover with lugs to suit 32 mm X 6 mm GI strip (k) Rating and diagram plate. (l) 100 mm dial type thermometer for winding temperature indicator having range 0-120 degree C vapour pressure type with maximum reading pointer / Max Temp indicator and resetiting device with alarm / trip contact and additional contacts for switching ON or OFF to cooling fans (m) Drain valve with threaded adopter . (n) Filter valve with threaded adopder (top and bottom) (o) Sample valve (p) Inspection covers (q) Lifting lugs (r) Four plane rollers, bidirectional , hinged type at the bottom for shifting transformer from one place to another place. (s) Top cover lifting eyes (t) Double float Bucholz relay with trip and alarm contract (u) Extra bushing outside the cable box for providing independent earthing (v) First fill of tranformer oil IS 335 ISI marked.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts earthed grade of cross sectioal area 95sqmm 3.0 core wth all fitting accessories lux etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 400 sq mm, 3.5 Core. Including taking up unserviceable cable complete all as directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for trolly for transformer of size 3.0 x 2.8 mtr made out of mild steel angle / channels medium weight beams & M.S . Plate with necessary cutting, welding in any position drilling hot/ cold etc. For longitude and cross members of trolly made out of ISMC channel 100 and top of the members covered with 6mm thick MS plateform and veritical supports over the plateform with MS equal angle of size 50x50x6mm thick angle with 50x5mm for two runs of bracing supports V type towing frame with hook with spring and check nuts bolts and mounting brackets with bush for movement of two assembly. The assembly made out of ISMC chanel 100 with long and cross member, turning plate assembly for front wheel only fitted on front axle , the front and rear axle made out of medium weight beam ISMB100 including tyre with tube F78-15 8 play rating four Nos. with wheel drum mounting brackets , bearings, check nuts, locknuts, key etc welded with medium beam with nut bolts washer as required for mounting the transformer all as directed. T transformer shall be covered with M.S. mesh/ Net cover with as per drawing and trolly shall be provided 01Nos jack in fiur corner for free standing in idle mode of the trolly. The bearing capacity shall be not less than 5Ton capacity complete all as specifed and as directed.
