Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Walk - in cold room of two chambers ,Freezer Room of size 8'x8'x8' consisting of wall and ceiling panel made out of PGI sheet filled with 120 mm PUF insulation, and Ante Room of size 12'x10'x8' consisting of wall and ceiling panel made out of PGI sheet filled with 60 mm PUF insulation, for Blood Bank and other low temperature application , anti skid GI flooring on 60 mm PUF, door of suitable dimension, hydraulic door closer, digital temperature indicator, Air cooled low temperature split unit of 3 HP rating with Reciprocating/Scroll Compressors working on R - 22/R - 410a refrigerants to maintain temperature of 4+/- 2 degree Centigrade at an ambient temperature of 30 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Tenderer/contractor/bidder shall provide complete AMC for 03 (Three) years after completion of defect liability period at no additional cost and No additional payment shall be made to the contractor on this ground. Rs 1,50,000/- will be retained other than retention money and will be released after 3rd, 4th and 5th year from completion date as Rs 50,000/- after 3 year, Rs 50,000/- after 4 years and Rs 50,000/- after 5 year. Also amount may be released at the time of final bill after submission of requisite amount of FDR/BGB. (b) Tenders/ bidders are advised to visit the site and raise any ambiguity if any before the bid submission start date.
Supply and fix automatic voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electric transmission relay suitable for correction on single phase 50 cycles, AC supply complete with time delay relay volt meter for working voltage 140 V to 280 V and stabilized voltage between 230 + 5 % of capacity 7.5 KVA fitted on wall with angle fram work complete and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.
