Supply and laying of 3.5C x 120sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured 1.1kV graded UG cable.along the closed cable trunch/Hump Pipe/excavation area as required as per site condition. Location: * Utility-I/FF/UPS Main Panel 200A feeder to MB/FF/RW/CMC 60kVA UPS room new UPS incomer panel. Make: polycab/RR kabel/KEI/SN cab

Supply and Making of end termination with doble compression Gland (3.5C x 120sqmm) suitable crimping lugs.The gland should be double earthed by suitable copper wire and earth strip. Location: * Utility-I/FF/UPS Main Panel- 1no. * MB/GF/LW/CMC 60kVA UPS New Incomer panel - 1no. Make: Comet / Comex

Excavating all types of soil (manually) up to depth 0.75 metre to 1 metre and width of 100 mm to 300 mm, 100 mm river sand cussioning for cable, laying brick above the sand cussioning and back filling the excavated earth in the trench.

Removing and refixing of Existing panel board (2000mmx300mmx1500mm) with necessary suitable size heavy MS channel support to the height of 750mm from the existing floor level.The channel should be painted with two coats of redoxide primer and over and above with another two coats of black enamel paint.The job includes welding, cutting and allied works such us removing of the existing cable to required height,reglanding,termination with suitable supports if required at site.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge,including removal of rubbish etc., and Re laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laidin required line,level,curvature,colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with fine sand etc., all complete as per the direction of engineet-in-charge.(Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost) Note : Existing paver block should be removed without breakage.

Outgoing :- 1) 125A 4P 36kA MCCB - 3nos. 2) One set 200A TPN 50kA for 1sec copper Bus Bars with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves,DMC/SMC bus bar supports and suitable earth bus and accessories as required as per the TNEB norms.
