Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, sreading ,greading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of tabe 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Providing , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63MM specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53MM specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @0.70kg / sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, sreading ,greading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of tabe 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.
