Taking down carefully existing surface/ concealed unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket, power or sunken box) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, etc. and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings, etc. where required and finished the existing surfaces after complete of new point wiring as specified here-in-after complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing caping complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring (concealed complete) using 1.50 sqmm size FRLS (conforming to IS-694), PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit heavy grade (not less than 20 mm dia) for wall and 25mm PVC medium grade casing and caping in the ceiling wherever required with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal box for mounting fittings and covered with 3 mm thick white bakelite / laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size FRLS stranded copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly for one light / Fan / exhaust fan / Bell point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item No 4.00 to 7.00: (i) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column,then the wiring will run on PVC casing/caping to avoid any damage to the RCC portion. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring. In this specified portion wires shall run through the existing conduit or surface. (iii) Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Switches and sockets to be measured and paid separately under relevent items.}

Taking down unserviceable main switch/ DBs including MCB (SP, SPN, TPN any capacity) of any size/ capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN 12 way, double door, 230 Volts SPN Metalic Distributition board, concealed flush to wall for mounting MCBs factory made , conforming to IS : 13032 fabricated out of CRCA sheet fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and 200 Amps rated bus bar DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature , between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrsion atmosphere. the DBs shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DBs shall be of same make as MCBs, DB shall also be provided with lable marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all ways as specified, the DBs shall be of IP 43 protection class complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling/opening up existing fan size of 450 mm sweep, taking out all burnt/damaged windings insulating materials & cleaning internally as well as externally, rewinding the fan motor with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size/specification, replacement of complete insulating materials, varnishing drying up, cleaning & greasing of bearing/buses using new grease, reassembling and testing and transporting back to site and refixing to original position. The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include replacement of defective slip pin and roller rubber if worn out and connecting wire of 3 core pvc flexible wire upto 1.0 mtr all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for spray painting of exhaust fan of any size sweep of any make after preparation of old painted surface with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JHONSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR.)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 450 mm sweep mettalic body with louver shutter, 230 Volts AC supply complete with fixing arrangement using fastener and necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan with 23/0.0076 Three core PVC Flexible cable of suitable length etc including taking down of existing old one and making hole where necessary and grouting on wall with fasteners and making good of disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Lift cabin fan 300mm sweep, white 2200rpm, 220-230volts including taking down of existing old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Model No. bajaj Ultima 300mm or equivalent model of make Havells/ GEC/Crompton Greaves/Bajaj

Supply & fixing MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 100 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity of 25 kA including spreader terminals with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- L&T/ Siemens/Legrand/ ABB/ Schneider)

Supply & fixing MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity of 25 kA including spreader terminals with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- L&T/ Siemens/Legrand/ ABB/ Schneider)
