M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:-(a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat filling and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material with @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqmt smart care Damp proof of asian paint for water proofing ,and Damp proof course and on vertical surfaces preparation of surface and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and one coats of undiluted material with @ 4.85 lts per 10 sqmts.smart care Damp proof for water proofing (e)Brick bats filling under sunken floor. Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.compete all as specified as directed by Engineer -in -charge ,

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in two layer on brick/concrete surfaces on broken edges of chajjas, facia, slab, roof projectioon and any other brick/concrete surface in patch work in CM 1:4 and finishing fair and even without using extra cement with using 2% Integral water proofing compound by wt of cement including drib course as required Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for work up to four storey building & height upto 15.00m including all safety measures, scaffoldings etc., required for carrying out the work and nothing extra on this account shall be admissible.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion (Weather coat) over a coat of exterior acrylic primer of approved colour of ASIAN/Berger/ CHOKSEY/ STP of equivalent all as specified and as directed.Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for work up to four storey building & height upto 15.00m including all safety measures, scaffoldings etc., required for carrying out the work and nothing extra on this account shall be admissible.

Dismantling CGI/Polycarbonate (corrugated ted, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and taking care of earthing strip and refixing all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for pre-painted galvolume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm TCT thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall/ Valley and gutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item no- above item No 54 as in North ridges upto width 900mm complete

Refixing of CGI corrugated sheets/Ridge/Sides sheets/Gutters with Drill machine and fixed with self taping screws. The contractor shall arrange for climbing upto 16 mtr ht and followed the all safety guidelines as per labour law.

M&L for sealing the holes/gaps on existing CGI/ Galvalume sheeting roof/Wall of hangers with 100mm x 100mm flash strips make : Tikki tar, Chouksay , STP or Asian and make leakage proof complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Labour only for cleaning of hanger gutters girth n exc 1.20 mtr and collecting sludge materials from gutters and disposal by contractor with his own arrangement, which are not directly thrown from the hanger roof. The Gutters shall be fixed properly at its own places with butt/ lap welding of sheets at joints. Reallignment and provide proper slope towards exit of water with tightening supports/nut bolts etc. The additional supprts shall be provided as site required (Additional required MS members/sheets are paid separately as below item).

M&L Flash strip of standard thickness & width upto 1.00 mtr to provide inside of of GI/Metalic gutters in hangers or similar area to seal the joints between gutters of make : Tikki tar, Choksay , STP or Asian to prevent leakage free. The material shall be executed as per manufacturers direction. The guaranty for leakage/ seepage shall be provided for 2 year by the applicator. For Item No 53 to 59 Note : (i) Contractor shall make his own arrengment for working on hangers up to 16 mtr ht. (ii) The Contractor shall be liable to execute the work in rainy season, if any leakage occured during rain. All safety measures shall be followed by the Contractor as per safety guidlines. (iii) As per Engr-in-Charge's direction the Contractor shall rectify the given leakage complaint, without fail within 48 hrs. in case, fail to attend the complaint. the recovery amount will be double of the quoted rate of item by the contractor for each complaint. (iv) No extra payment shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included for the same. .

Haking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from steel frame surrounded, glazing with putty.

S&F Rough cast wired glass 6.4mm thick size Exc 1.00 but n exc 1.50 sqm and glazing with oil putty in square or rectrangular all as specified. Note : The contractor shall make own arrangement of fixing of glass panes at the height of 16 mtr, no extra payment shall be made for that and rate deemed in this item.

All safety measures shall be followed by the Contractor as per safety guidlines. M&L for 2 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with both side including top & bottom aluminium to match with the profile of existing roof sheet and EPDM rubber gasket fixed with self tapping screws in roof/wall up to any height ,both side UV Proctected . complete all as specified and as directed by engg. in charge. Make : Duratuff/lexon Note : (i) Contractor shall made own arrengment for climbing and working on hangers not exceeding 16 mtr ht. (ii) The Contractor shall be liable to execute the work in rainy season without any objection, if any leakage occured . All safety measures shall be followed by the Contractor as per safety guidlines.

S & F in reapirs 2.0 mm thick Plain, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275. Note : (i) Contractor shall make own arrengment for climbing and working on hangers not exceeding 16 mtr ht. (ii) The Contractor shall be liable to execute the work in rainy seasonwithout any objection, if any lackage occured . All safety measures shall be followed by the Contractor as per safety guidlines.
