Earth work in foundation in Mar, Kabar, Ranker and Kanker mixed soil including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete of work.

Laying P.C.C. (1:3:6) including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and Laying Brick work (1:5)CM including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

P/L C.C. (1:1½:3) including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Salwood Chaukhat 120x65 Double rebate including joint treated with favicol properly nailed with one coat of primer, black japan paints on wall side excluding cost of holdfast complete.

Supply and fixing of 40mm (1½") thick commercial quality Sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles springs and/or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fittings if necessary and including fixing the glass panes with putty and brad glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied departmentally.

Supply & Fixing galvanized mosquitos proof heavy quality iron wire guage or expended metal heavy quality over windows & including supply of C.P. Teak wood battens 8 cm. x 1 cm. (3"x3/8") and including supply and fixing of necessary screws, all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling existing Brickwork /Stone masanory and C.C. including disposal of refuse within a distance of 60m. Including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing indian teak wood lining 12mm thick with (frame work and cover fillets to be measured) including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Painting two coat on wall including scraping old paint & cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper finish of work.

Painting of Two coat Enamel Paint including scraping old paint & cost of all material,labour and T&P required for proper finish of work.

Policing of Two coat Melamine including Cleaning old surface & cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper finish of work.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600x600mm size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement cortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pitments etc., complete.

Supply and fixing 6mm (1/4'') China white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with ratio 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all material, labour, and tool and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing in position decorative ceiling tiles bonded with B.W.T. type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin tiles in size 60cm x 60 cm x 13mm over Kail wood timber frame of size 50mm x 38mm section and suspended from the roof with help of flat iron hangers of size 20mm x 4mm on under side leaving and expansion gap of 6mm and with provision for prodiding necessary lighting fixture including three coats of flat oil paint of approved quality and shade and a coat of pink primer/copal varnish on the side, facing the roof as per direction given by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing C.P.V.C. pipe 32mm dia. including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing C.P.V.C. pipe 25mm dia. including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supply and Fixing low density polythene tank sintex or equivalent including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete

Supply and Fixing C.P. Brass towel rail 820x20mm together with pair C.P. brass brackets to fit the towel rail including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete

Supply and Fixing White glazed earthen ware uropian type pan including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete
