If complaints not rectified, a recovery of an amount of Rs 1500/-/ complains/day will be recovered from the RAR/FB, ii) Rates are inclusive of T&P required safety equipment, and transport required contractor shall arrange on his own arrangement, iii) Complaint given by any electronic media i.e SMS, email or whatsapp etc and in writing shall be count as valid compliant contractor to take immediate action within stipulated time as mention in note.

Comprehensive maintenance of VRF/ VRV system Type Air conditioners ( Make LG) with connected AHU/ indoor units by deploying Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained & experienced Engineer/Technical staff for the following equipment located at various buildings at AFLE BUILDING Area in HAL Factory premises including testing electrical connections to inspect the operation of VRF type Air conditioners with connected AHU/ Indoor units and carring out preventive maintenance as per standard practice or as per OEM recommendations, To carry out the periodical maitenace of VRF AC plant for effective functioning.and carrying out repair to defective components/ equipment, detection of leaks & rectifying the same, charging/topping up of refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.The contractor shall be responsible for proper functioning of all electrical/mechanical equipment and maintain the same in sound working condition to aviod the accident and breakdown.
