Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr. (Four metre) , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (A) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

(b) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth for all floor level in all heights.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Wall any thickness attached pilaster butteress, plinth and string corases etc upto all level.

(b) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers for all floors in all heights.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth using 1st class bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in all depth, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for internal / external plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet (approved make) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel work welded in built up section trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (a) In gratings framed guard bars, laddres, railing, brackets M.S. Tubular pipes and similar works.

Demolition below G.I. upto 1.50 metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts. Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness. Including carragie of materials within all leads and lifts.

Demolition of brick wrok below G.I. upto 1.5 Metres depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead in cement mortar.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mix by concrete mixer and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
