M&L for taking down unserviceable cable of any type of size 6 sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/duct/wall etc including taking down bricks for reuse and broken bricks removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation items shall be measured under relevant items.

Removing the surplus excavated materisl/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 2.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand for sand cushioning of cables in trenches all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I and all as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches, old burnt sub class 'B' bricks as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 50 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and as directed.

S&F fix in repair Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 25x4 GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel , connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil/rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire febric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point etc all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for repairing existing earthing any type incl making & cleaning of earth pit, repair of pits, fixing of new funel , pit cover, painting on pit with cement base white paint complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of funel, pit cover, cement work, PCC work and painting etc included in this quoted rate. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 24x4 mm GI strip complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv feeder pillar and Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning outdoor type cubical feeder pillar (Size 75x 50cm) outer shell made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl aluminium bus bar of 300A tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated comprising of the following :-

(a) S & F Aluminium bus bar 300 Amp with cloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeve 415 Volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator (b) S&F MCCB FP 200 Amps 25 KA - 01 No For Main incoming, (Thermal magenetic type ,overload adjustable short circuit adjustable type ) (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/AGE(I) (iii) Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate. (iv) Cable will be entered in panles through gland.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type cubical LT panel outer shell made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet , MS angle suitable size on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 45cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back open able double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, panel should be CPRI approved. . . .

(i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/AGE(I) (iii) The bus bar connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (iv) Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland.

Cutting of road to a width of 30cm and depth not exceeding 90cm for laying of protection pipe / cable including returning and filling, spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for top 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for attending any breakdown in LT UG cable by excavating , identifying core fault and carry out jointing work including straight through heat shrinkable type joint of cable size 6-16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation,returnfilling , removal & taking down of the cable shall be measured under relevant items.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size any core from main DB/feeder pillar / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main DB/Feeder pillar/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:-cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 25 to 100A with breaking capacity 16 KA with suitable spreaders on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 125A with breaking capacity 16 KA on with suitable spreaders existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down cable of any type of size of existing cable 16sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/duct/wall etc including old bricks/PCC cover and re routing/relaying in trench/Cable Tray/Floor/Wall including termination/ connection complete as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation,sand items shall be measured under relevant items.

M&L for replacement of hinges/ Lock with key with necessary welding/sheet metal work as per site requirement for smooth closing /opening of existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintance of LT feeder pillar /LT panel board any type and size indoor/outdoor by disamandling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables,cutting burnt edge of the cable whatever is required ,providing thimble lugs and glands of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, cleaning of bus bars by means of rubbing grinding etc and providing PVC sleeves of suitable rating on bus bars maintaing colour code (RYB & N) including replacement of bolts nuts & wanshers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of panles on full load all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface, painted with 2coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on surfaces of LT Panel any size complete all as specified and as directed.
