M&L for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n. exc 100 sq. cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed including taking out existing fencing posts of any description and size all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rolled mild steel posts and struts in fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. including dismantling of existing unserviceable posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces etc complete, prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges and hanging fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) including dismantling of existing unserviceable mild steel sections of any section, including making good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 1.25mm thick mild steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete including disantling existing unserviceable rolling shutters of any description, size and type all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring only the existing barbed wire of any description, including making good staples etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm dia concertina coil fencing conforming to IS 4454 Part-I, made out of 2.6mm (+ or - 2%) dia of steel core wire galvanised and with anti rust coating (Black colour), with coils not less than 51 turns for an effective stretched length of 6m with 2 handles, duly placed on existing supports over security/ compound walls and tied with 2mm dia binding wire and the spikes at the ends of coils embedded into PCC coping all as specified and as directed. Note: PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type, fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including takng down existing unserviceable fencing mesh of any description and size all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as described in item No. 17 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring including finishing the surface even and fair including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete of an description all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments and glossy finish on top, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, etc. including dismantling of existing unserviceable stone slab/tiling alongwith cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks, M-35 grade, any shape and size with glossy finish on top, confirming to IS 15658-2006, including 50mm thick sand filling, watering, consolidation and dismantling of existing unserviceable paver blocks and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint, any colour, on newly plastered surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices, etc., over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement based paint, any colour, on old cement painted surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices, etc., including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., including complete removal of existing treatment and necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.
