Replacing old, damaged and unserviceable tilting bolt assembly with new tilting service assembly of approved quality to suit the existing size and design of chair revolving low, high and medium backs (Trade Pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old and damaged hand rest of chair revolving high back (Trade Pattern) with new hand rest made of polyurethane material to suit the existing size and design, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old and damaged hand rest of chair revolving low and medium back (Trade Pattern) with new hand rest made of polyurethane material to suit the existing size and design, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric / Rexene and foam from the seat of size 460 mm x 450 mm and back of size 385 mm x 185 mm of Chair visitors cushioned (Trade Pattern) and refixing the seat and back duly replacing with new approved quality fabric / Rexene (cost not less than Rs.250 / Metre) and foam cushion of 50 mm thick and 32 density as per the existing size, quality and design including preparation of the exposed wooden surfaces and applying one or more coats (as required) of French polish complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable cushion from the seat of size 490 mm x 380 mm and back of size 480 mm x 230 mm of Chair cushioned with arms (Trade Pattern), and replacing with new foam cushion of 50 mm thick and 32 density, covered with tapestry cloth (cost not less than Rs. 250/Metre) as per the existing size, quality and design, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric / Rexene and foam from the seat and back of Chair conference / lecture hall (Trade Pattern) and replacing with new foam cushion of 32 density ,50 mm thick for seat and 25 mm thick for back and upholstered as per the existing size, quality and design, with approved quality fabric / Rexene (cost not less than Rs.250 / Metre) including preparation of existing steel surfaces of any description and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacing old, unserviceable and damaged hand rest of chair conference / lecture hall (Trade Pattern) with new hand rest made of polyurethane material to suit the existing size and design, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing damaged seat of Form with/without back wooden/steel (Trade Pattern) and supply and fixing new seat of size 1800 mm x 300 mm made of pre-laminated particle board 18/19 mm thick, exterior grade, ISI marked with provision of 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround the edges of seat, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing damaged back of Form with/without back wooden/steel (Trade Pattern) and supply and fixing new back of size 1800 mm x 150 mm made of pre-laminated particle board 18/19 mm thick, exterior grade, ISI marked with provision of 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround the edges , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable upholstery alongwith foam, lining cloth etc of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) and re-setting the GI springs with new cotton rope of 4 mm dia, Supply and fix seat frame 580 x 590 mm made of 8 mm MS rod and providing new upholstery for seat, back and arm rest with hessain cloth of medium quality, coir fibre and foam cushion 25 mm thick, 40 density covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 140 per metre, complete all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of GI springs of size 10 gauge,150 mm height for seat of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of GI springs of size 10 gauge,100 mm height for back of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of vertical side planks of back of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) of size 620 x 55 x 25 mm made of 2nd class hardwood applying two coats of sythetic enamel over a coat of pink primer all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of side planks of seat of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) of size 660 x 50 x 20 mm made of 2nd class hardwood, applying two coats of sythetic enamel over a coat of pink primer all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of seat planks of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) of size 550 x 125 x 20 mm made of 2nd class hardwood, applying two coats of sythetic enamel over a coat of pink primer all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal of legs of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD -18) of size 65 mm dia at top, 30 mm dia at bottom and 210 mm height, made of 1st class hardwood (teak wood) duly polished with french polish all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable cushion with cover from seat and back of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD - 373) and providing new foam cushion of size 550 x 530 x 100 mm , 40 density ,covered with long cloth of medium quality for inner lining and tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 180 per metre, complete all as shown on drawings and as directed. Removal of old and unserviceable cushion with cover from seat of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD - 258) and providing new cushion foam cushion of size 550 x 530 x 100 mm , 40 density , covered with long cloth of medium quality for inner lining and tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 180 per metre, complete all as shown on drawings and as directed. Note:- Set of 5 nos seat will be measured as one set.

Renewal of back frame seat of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD - 258) of size 520 x 530 x 100 mm made of 1st class hardwood (teak wood) covered with 50 mm foam and cushion covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 180 per metre, stiched as required, all as shown on drawings and as directed. Note:- Set of 5 nos back frame seat will be measured as one set.

Renewal of front/ back long side rail of 3 seater of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD - 258) of size 1500 x 100 x 30 mm made of 1st class hardwood (teak wood) as per existing shape, polishing the wooden parts with two coats of french polish, all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric/Rexene and rubber foam etc ., of Single Seater Sofa (Trade Pattern) and providing new fabric/Rexene of approved quality, design and colour costing not less than Rs. 250 per metre (approx. area 5 sqm), stitched to existing shape and design with 20 mm thick foam to arm rest and 100 mm thick PU foam of 40 density to rest of the areas, underneath of seat covered with approved black cloth and polishing the wooden parts with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric/Rexene and rubber foam etc., of Three Seater Sofa (Trade Pattern) and providing new fabric/Rexene of approved quality,design and colour costing not less than Rs. 250 per metre (approx. area 8 sqm), stitched to existing shape and design with 20 mm thick foam to arm rest and 100 mm thick PU foam of 40 density to rest of the areas, underneath of seat covered with approved black cloth and polishing the wooden parts with french polish complete all as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Almirah large steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243 / 1032) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of Rack steel of any size (FD-1039) by removing rust and cleaning with sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, olive green / smoke grey colour, both internally and externally (includes legs, shelves etc.,), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locks and provision of new locks of MS 50 mm size, 6-levers of approved quality to suit the existing for Table office steel officer/ clerk (FD- 84/1004) , complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable legs and provision of new legs made of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet to suit the existing, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green colour/smoke grey) over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer, for Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243 / 1032), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable handle and provision of new chromium plated handle of approved quality to suit the existing for Almirah large / medium steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031 & FD-243 / 1032 ) , complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable shelves and provision of new shelves made of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet to suit the existing, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green colour/smoke grey) over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer, for Almirah large steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable shelves and provision of new shelves made of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet to suit the existing, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green colour/smoke grey) over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer, for Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243 / 1032), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locking device and provision of new MS locking device to suit the existing, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer, for Almirah large steel with shelves (FD-67 / 1031), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable locking device and provision of new MS locking device to suit the existing, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer, for Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243 / 1032), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and unserviceable table tops and provision of new table tops with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak finish lamination on one side and the other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade, ISI marked, duly fixed with 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround for Table office, Clerk steel 1200 mm x 600 mm (FD-1004), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and unserviceable table tops and provision of new table tops with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak finish lamination on one side and the other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade, ISI marked, duly fixed with 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround for Table office, Officer steel 1570 mm x 760 mm (FD-84), complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and maintenance of Table office, Officer steel (FD-84) by taking out drawer, greasing drawer, channels, refixing the drawer without any damage after painting the entire steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) after preparation of surfaces, and including taking down and provision of PVC rubber shoe / bush to legs etc., complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and maintenance of Table office, Clerk steel (FD-1004) by taking out drawer, greasing drawer, channels, refixing the drawer without any damage after painting the entire steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint (Olive green / smoke grey colour) after preparation of surfaces, and including taking down and provision of PVC rubber shoe / bush to legs etc., complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old and damaged seat of chair CBA steel with arms (FD-75(M)) and provision of new seat of size 450 mm x 410 mm , with frame size of 40 x 25 mm made of second class hardwood, to existing shape and duly canned with 0.40 mm thick and 2 mm wide plastic cane, laid in approved pattern (i.e., Godrej pattern) , the seat shall be fitted to the steel frame with 6 mm dia 75 mm long bolts, nuts and washers,including painting the wooden surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing old, broken and unserviceable hand rest from Steel chairs (FD-75(M) ) and provision of new hand rest made of second class hardwood, 410 mm x 50 mm x 20 mm, to existing shape and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of pink primer, fixed to steel frame with 6 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, nuts and washer, complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of chair CBA steel with arms ( FD-75(M) ) and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including provision of hard rubber / PVC shoe / bush and cap, complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs, exceeding 25 mm but not exceeding 50 mm length or girth by gas/arc welding of metal surfaces, thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 6 mm, including preparing the surface to be welded ,bevelling of edges, cutting the damaged portion , taking down the article and refixing after welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable shelf of rack (FD-1039) / TP and providing new shelf 1 mm thick of size 900 mm (L) x 375 mm (W) including painting two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint mathcing with existing shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable slotted angle (FD-1039) / TP and providing new slotted angle 45 mm x 45 mm x 3 mm thick of length 1950 mm including painting two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint mathcing with existing shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down warn out plywood top from GI Charpoy (FD- 220) and fixing of 12 mm tk plywood top (3' X 7' size i.e, 914 mm X 2134 mm), welding of 2 Nos of MS flat iron 40 mm X 5 mm and fixing of plywood top with 3" (76mm) long 6 mm dia bolts with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawings and all as specified and directed.

Taking down warn out plywood top from Charpoy IP folding (FD- 338 (R)) and fixing of 12 mm tk plywood top (3' X 7' size i.e, 914 mm X 2134 mm)and fixing of plywood top with 3" (76mm) long 6 mm dia bolts with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawings and all as specified and directed.

Renewal of PVC seat and back of chair varendah (FD/MAP-II/06) of size 455 mm X 455 mm with nut and washers complete all as shown in drawing and all as specified and directed.
