Widending and Strenghtning work of NH-2 to Bhakti Vedanta Gurukul Ajhai road in District Mathura

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. As per MORT&H Specification NO. 3.19 (305).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Batch Mix Type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Batch Mix Typ HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade-II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of RCC Box Culvert (6.00Mtr) U-Type Drain and 600mm dia Hume Pipe Eartwork in excavation in foundation trenches etc. not exceeding 2.0m depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling in foundation masonry in 15cms layer with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30m as per MORT&H Specification no. 304.
